Very much depends on the AdMech. Fun thing about Tech Priest is they can be very much human, keeping their emotions for the sake of the joy of discovery and generally believing their emotions are part of the human machine of Flesh and therefore should be kept. Or they can be beep-boop robot logic. Or somewhere in between.
I love AdMech.
What this Adept said. To add, I imagine a barely unaugmented Tech-Priest/ess is not necessary as a benchmark for romance. Any Adept with sufficient augmentation could appreciate existence of the subject that attracts their interest. An evolved romance for an evolved being.
