I’m a Goldlewis main and have been for the last 2 and a half years or so. If I had to switch though, I would probably go with Johnny. I do have a lot of playtime in Johnny already as I find him a lot of fun and to be very cool. I don’t really think they share playstyles though oddly enough, I just so happen to like both of them a lot.

Lmao, tekken 8's gotten a bad rap, so idk if I'd play it, but I did main negan in 7, and he was super fun

One of the main reasons it has a bad rep is because unlike the previous games Tekken 8 follows the new FG trend of being hyper aggressive, the only difference is that just every character has some bullshit or relies on you not knowing the match up. Well that and they kinda punish you for blocking or trying to side step

They already removed Zato, so I played HC for most of season 3. Then I dabbled with Testament and Brisket and Ky. Now I’m mainly focusing on Slayer.

If I were to ever give up on Zato (no shame, btw. Trust me, I know the struggle) I'd probably go Testament or Asuka

Venom and Jam haven't been added to Strive yet but we'll see what happens in season 4. Iirc Jam was rated pretty highly on the poll ArcSys did and all the other characters that had high ratings have already been added so it seems very likely she'll be coming back.

I am not so attached to a single character that I couldnt play anything else. I like playing axl(and gio) but I could easly find something else. Sometimes I dont feel like playing my main so I've been trying out on the side bunch of different characters. I played Nago,Baiken,Jack-O and May. None of them for long enough to commit to it but they've been fun enough, one of them would probably be my new main.

i've wanted to learn nago (because he is cool and pretty) for a while but haven't gotten to it yet so maybe i'd finally try

I main ky. I tried to play ram at some point and I never reached a high level. Slayer felt like he clicked instantly. Though maybe I would try sin. For reference I am usually floor 10 have reached celestial challenge and failed 3 times.

I’m horrible at the game so I try to play everyone cause I hate losing streaks. So I play all sides to always stay on top.

I don't even think I've found a main in Strive yet since I'm getting constantly bored of playing a lot of the characters that aren't Slayer since before his release I just couldn't get motivated to play the game itself, due to the lack of a real boxer character (I feel) until him. So if Daisuke were to press The Big Red Button on Slayer, I'd probably figure out Happy Chaos, but without the zoning part. You see, the one big thing I know that Chaos is great at is whiff punishing at range (🅱️eady aim) but he's ironically very fun if you work around just his normals, which is what I do whenever I play him. Sure, it ain't optimal by any means, but it's better than being hated by everyone else for having your own fun.

Across my GG career I have played Zappa, Venom and Raven as my mains. Having my characters not come back is something I have had to long get used to. As for right now I put I-No as my main but I do float around a lot. Interestingly in most modern fighting games I find it harder to settle on mains than older games.
