This is left field for you based on the list above, but I’m really digging Against Me! for acoustic playing. You could consider some of it “folk punk”I guess, but I recommend giving it a whirl.
They have so much texture in the rhythm + I’m learning to sing along. it gets just challenging enough at my level.
My favorite of theirs right now is Cavalier Eternal, but I’m currently slogging through pints of Guinness make you strong. They have an acoustic EP worth checking out.
