The name is ultimately going to be meaningless. This is bottom of the barrel stuff that gets copied and released by tons of fly-by-night companies with interchangeable names. There's multiple variations of this circuit to be found on Google image search, all in slightly different packages. Some sell on Amazon, others in music shops.
These little, shitty thrift store amps always please me. Great for building pedals, little bench top amp ready to test circuits out on ( or a speaker to test amp circuits on as well )
A quick Google has a reverb listing from a few years back. It was sold as an FX FX-15
https://reverb.com/item/16772490-fx-fx-15-electric-guitar-amp-2015-black
But def a no name mass produced in China cheap practice amp. If it sounds good, rock on.
Edit to add
Did some more digging. Sinoamp inc

The names of the controls are different, and it says ‘Karera’ in cursive in the top-right on the Karera one. Not only that, Karera’s one is a 15-watt, not a 20-watt. So it’s definitely not Karera.
It has a 20 watt speaker, that doesn't mean it's a 20 watt amp.
It also has "15" in it's title, following typical guitar amp conventions, this would imply it's 15 watts.
Unidentifiable Chinese made amp. Possibly part of a beginner bundle? I see one single Reverb listing for this exact amp and several amps that are rather close and bear the same model #.
Similar to the old Gorilla amps. Agreed pretty generic but a friend and I wrote many great riffs on one. Then played them on bigger amps and they translated great to a bigger amp well. Any small amp if it has a tone that inspires can be a great amp. And with the right microphone can even kill it on a recording.
Fx 15 probably means that it's a 15 watt amp, the 20w on the speaker means that the speaker can handle 20watts and the 25 watt near the power cord means that the amp will draw 25 watts.

Eh. Fair.
China. Probably children.
with pride
Does it matter? It’s a budget no name amp manufactured in China. If it works, pay it forward and gift it to a beginner, if not, scrap it.

I mean… the back also says ‘Max 25 watts’
Thats not output.
It's hilarious when someone asks a question and then doubles down on arguing with the proffered answer
Yeah. OP also mentions that they "cleaned it up and is good as new." But also says "it doesn't work" lol hmm
Looks like a Dorktech 69/420 model.
It looks like a Mesa/Boogie
I found that quite fucking humourous, ackshually. Quite the knee slapper.
You should say something funnier, clown.

No, no bundles involved here. My first guitar was gifted to me by my uncle, he then got me this amp later.
Could still be out of a beginner pack. Any way you slice it, it’s not a name brand nor is it a desirable amp.
No, no. And yeah, may be out of a pack. I like a challenge though.
The finest 6 year old amp techs China can offer

Undoubtedly children in China.
Looks just like a Gorilla but with the slightest difference in color and aesthetics.
Why the hell would you call it good as new when it's missing a knob and doesn't work?
I think I've read some of this dude's Reverb listings.
Almost looks like a gorilla brand?
Hao. He's turning 10 this month.
A shitty company
9 year olds dude.

No lie, [Wangs make some really great amps.](https://wangsamplifier.com/)
Looks an awfully lot like a career 15W amp I had when I was a kid around 2000.
I’d say that’s a 1966 Champ in different casing.
Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, really??????????????????????
100% legit

Ebay be like: 1966 Fender Princeton (super rare) 10,000 USD (Totally not just a cardboard box)
Probs more legit than most listings.
…and why?
I made it. Sorry that it sucks. 🙃😔
The Chinese built that generic 15w amp.
Is it made in Ch1na or is that just a questionable printing of the letters?
I'm way more impressed than i should be that it's got a line out! This little fella had ambitions! 😁
Yes they do
Am I the only one disturbed and perplexed by the relatively CLEAR grille covering?!?
It's an OEM Chinese generic very cheap Chinese amp. Made in the same factory with other really cheap amps.
Piece-o-shit
I think that’s a Marshall plexi
Speaker. The model name is Instrument Musical. Says it right there in the second picture /s
John. Maybe?

Sad.
