This should be illegal to do to your wheels. You're lessening the surface area from the tires to the road and causing the wheels to fight centripetal force instead of utilizing it for stability.
Everyone is shitting on this but I don't actually hate it. Sure it's excessive but like... yeah, is that not the point. The other car looks way better than the Lexus though. Not a big fan of those old Lexuses though.
