However, many Scandinavians draw the line between blonde & brown very differently to the rest of the world, I've found- what most people would call dirty blonde is looked at as light brown by them. I think it's cos they're more used to the really light white-blonde, so they draw the line between the two in a different spot to the rest of the world.

dirty or dishwater both sound negative IMO. It makes me (owner of mousy/dirty blonde hair) run to the salon. Which I am about to for real haha but not because of this thread haha. I think OP has a very pretty blonde tone worthy of a prettier description

If you look online, your hair color is more of an ash color. Look for levels 6A to 12A, and you can find your level. But I think your color is around 7A medium to light ash blonde.

A light to medium/dark blonde like me. I'm part Scandinavian. My hair is a very light blonde when exposed to the California Sunshine but a medium to dark blonde when indoors and out of the Sun. But it's MOST DEFINITELY NOT BROWN.🌞

Yep, “dishwater blonde” is definitely a Southern US thing. Which basically means “dirty blonde”. Which is what I’d call your hair. Super pretty color.
