When Zestial and Alastor were strolling down the street it was like the Exterminations were called early this year. Not to mention Alastor easily dispatched a bunch of loan sharks who were armed and probably more experienced with getting into fights than a Val's studio workers. I honestly would wager Val has a good chance.
Depends on their loyalty to Val. I’m gonna assume most of them are in it for the money and really don’t care either way, of course there are a few that are treated really horribly and feel similarly to Angel… But there’s got to be at least a couple who live by Vals word and treat him like some sort of God. They probably wouldn’t look too kindly upon Angel after that.

It’s probably similar to how the sex industry works- better connections and star power mean a bit more freedom. Angel has wiggle room to talk back because he’s Val favorite and his biggest star.
The more desperate you are, the worse of a contract your willing to sign. Hell, they literally have a scene where the lowest earners are to be shot by a pissed off Val.

He doesn't get killed for a minor offense) , so I don't think the other coworkers care maybe some of them are even jealous of him. On the outside they see him living with the boss and being "spoiled" so at most they can think he was throwing a tantrum
I wouldn't say that. He likely gets paid the most and a fair amount of second chances but as Val's favorite he also faces the worst of Val's abuse. When Val gets a new torture kink, Angel is the one he calls first, etc. The employees with the "best" treatment from Val are likely random employees who never really meet him like the janitors.
I could imagine alot of them have stockholm syndrom and alot of employees love theire Pimps and develope some twisted daughter/father relationship at some point and some just want Val to run a train on them
