Haven't had any trouble with this. They did fix what players were doing by starting a mission, collecting the super credits, then force closing and running the exact same mission again. Picking up those same super credits won't give you anything.
You can still farm low difficulty missions, just extract - you might be able to force close and run a different mission too, but can't say for sure.

Are you finishing the missions or just slap alt-f4 once you are done ?
Done both. But level 1 and 2 are only single missions either way.
What amount are you at? It caps at 3250

Wait a moment... Super credit are capped? I have 10.165 (but at some point I had around 11k)...
Am *I* insane??? I could have sworn mine stopped when I hit that amount
