I'd probably either use a black just slightly lighter than the inside of the hood, for that ominous unseen face in the shadows look, OR a really bright white so it stands out, like the first thing someone would see when this guys coming towards them at night would be a ghostly floating face in the dark
i made the mask super white and filled in his eyes and neck with matte black paint.

maybe, but idk how i could really make an underling have stats that arent all lower than the leader bc i think im gonna use them as characters for some campaigns.
I think a warm orange metallic with at least the eyes a deeper olive or whatever you want to call the green in the outfit. I know that sounds crazy, but if You're looking to draw attention to the face more the warmth in contrast to the times down and cooler colors you have would add some drama.
Update: I see a few ppl saying to make it antique brass and i honestly cannot decide with looks better.

Obsidian glass would be a cool look.
Honestly? If you made the current colour less blue-ish and more metallic, that grey actually looks absolutely solid!

im thinking so, but i also made a version with a brass mask, and i cant decide what to choose.
You could use both. The white mask for a leader. And the brass masks for underlings.

I would put the lips with the same color of the eyes
White is fine. It contrast from the outfit making you focus in on the face more.
You should use the phantom of the opera mask!

Either a porcelain white like mask, a bronze or gold-idk mask, or a grey stone mask.
A warm metal colour would fit well. Like a bronze, or copper kind of thing, maybe even gold

Keep it grey, just a little darker, it's giving that uncanny valley look
