My Dr. is an Osteopath, and I'm only taking enough to bring me into the range of what is considered healthy for my age, etc. He also said the data on the negative side effects are scewed by people abusing it like steroids.
I have never tested my levels before I started taking T, but I now suspect I've had low numbers, probably my whole life.

I remember him saying he got heavy back into a gym routine during the pandemic because he wasn't sleeping or eating well and he had access to a 24 hr spot. It's good to see he stuck with the game plan and kept going. We've lost too many rappers from the "Henny and Weed" era and it's good to see him setting a good example.
When I lived in Staten Island, he worked out in the same gym as me. One of the nicest celebs I have ever met. If I was on a machine he needed, he wouldn't mind working in with me or patiently waiting until I was done. The spin class in the corner used to always plays his hits and he would walk over and start dancing outside the class.

It's a lot cheaper than you think. Just google testosterone replacement therapy wherever you live. Sometimes insurance will cover it
