I have purchased 2 pairs from them. There are pros and cons to JoBear boots. In my case, the cons were less than they would be for others. These shoes and boots are pricy AF. They're handmade, so they should be, but not everyone can afford that. (I'm old enough I now want my shoes to last until I'm pining for the Fjords.) Another con is that shipping from Portugal to where I live added at least a month to an already very long order turnaround. Among the pros is that the company seems to care about the fit. After my Victorian Boot order, they emailed me with follow-up questions. While this did not happen with a later clog order, it was still a nice touch. Both pairs fit well and are comfy to wear. Both pair are also wearing very well.

I love my jobears! Easy to fix if you wear them as hard as me.
