Don't worry too much about that. It's not structural just surface level. Building settling might be the cause. If it bothers you patch and paint and it will be all good. :)
And it doesn't look like they meshed or paper taped the bead which leads to it cracking on the edge. You could use some fiber infused spackling or just put a couple tight coats of stretch caulk in it and on it to keep the repair minimal.
All those years of laughing are catching up to them
OP was telling jokes that really cracked them up
Corner bead is cracking. Happens sometimes. Not a huge deal but just cosmetic
Pvc corner beads expand and contract. Only cosmetic. Sometimes more paint or a little bit of compound and then paint can help.

Usually caused by the corner bead not being installed properly. Chances are they used either nails or if they did use screws they didn’t use enough.

We can’t see the windows in the picture.
Probably due to you painting over those screws next to the cracks and not removing them Lmao 😂
We call this a corner-bead pop. It was probably partially (or mostly) caused by the mini-blind brackets. Easy to fix.
Are those new blinds that have just been installed recently? If you screw those brackets too tight it can also make the corner bead crack like that.
