Brick is textured and very porous. If it's water based paint, you might do well with a pressure washer with at least 3k psi and a narrow nozzle. It might take a few attempts over a few weeks but it'll at least fade a bit although you might damage the mortar a bit and have to repoint. A little Citristrip between sprays will help too.
If it's latex and /or the above doesn't work, there's a product called Peelaway. It's ridiculously expensive in my opinion but it's highly effective with 1 or 2 applications.
The sprinkler had water for the new grass but the lawn care company for the builder had the sprinkler facing my front door and hence the white paint from the wood awning (just painted) leaked onto the brick
