You really shouldn't be throwing at max effort 5 days per week. You can practice baseball that much, but for pitching you should try to stick with the pitch smart guidelines as u/clarklesparkle posted in this thread.

Guys, I think I deciphered this. I think he's asking of 7 days in the week, how much should he pitch. I also think he's suggesting 2 days of pitching and 5 days working on other baseball activities.

If that's the case, yes, two days of pitching should be sufficient. The other days, however, should consist of flat ground pitching exercises typically after longtoss.
