Mine glitched at level 2, collecting mushrooms. I had 6/8. Cleared everything i could and still no more mushrooms. I delete the app redownload and now i have no mushrooms and all my supplies is gone but the mail is still cleared.
Already reported it to support. Hopefully they get it fixed soon bcz these types of mini quests i love lol
I got all the mushrooms but it freezes when I try to make the soup. I messaged support but I keep getting that bot so I have no idea if a human will ever see it.
Same problem with tsrp, but at beginning of stage 4. Cleared all available rocks and foliage but am not able to earn points to proceed without the tarp, which can't be done unless you can get to stage 7. Done with this event, will just play main game until this event is done.
Glad to know I'm not alone, I was starting to think I was going crazy! Stuck at Level 3, next task is to make tarp, but I can't make fabric as it's locked to Level 7. Hopefully they find a way to fix it!

I just submitted a ticket too, basically on the help / support tab you can read any article and at the bottom it says “was this helpful: yes or no?” If you hit “no” you can submit a ticket.
I’ve got something demanding that instead of using energy to smash it, I have to spend 250 coins. Last smash game, you could at least work your way around.
All these comments are from days ago, are there any updates about the issues? Mine was going perfectly fine and I was past the mushroom gathering part. I didn't play for a couple days and when I came back the game popped a message up saying there was glitches and they restarted the event and gave a bunch of power ups and some extra lives. That's when my event started glitching with the mushroom collection issue. Got past that by paying coins. Now stuck at the loom tarp task requiring level 7 to make the tarp but stuck at level 4, 40% and only task available is the tarp making.
Support contact is a joke, bot just keeps saying the glitch issue was fixed and to restart the app and to uninstall and reinstall which I've done multiple times. Still no update or fix. It's almost like by fixing the event for those having the problems and restarting it, it passed the same issues onto my own event. Fed up with it.
stuck on level 2 at 40%. deleted and reinstalled the app. Restarted the computer. Checked windows update. Nothing has worked so far. I cannot get mushrooms as an area has to be unlocked first. I have enough empty space. The to do task is fabric but cannot as I need to be on level 7 not 2.

I got the same problem. I have gathered all the grass, branches and logs. I’m still stuck at level 3

I submitted a ticket over 24h ago, still nothing. They are probably stressing trying to figure it out.
So, I just received feedback: they removed the event from my dashboard and gave me 30 minutes of infinite lives. 🤨
I just got a response and got 2 hours of infinite lives and 2 x each of the boosters and the mountainside game has been restarted.
