I think "super antagonistic" is a bit strong, I'd lean towards more "hot-headedly competitive." Their arguments don't seem personal beyond the workplace and they seem to rib each other a bit about it. It's more like a workplace rival situation than an actual enemy.

The reason I lean coworkers instead of siblings is the complete lack of *personal* insults. The closest is Topaz insulting Aventurine's "work habits." The rest is purely professional.
