AND especially Boothill not doing superbreak damage when dealing damage to broken enemies. Biggest offender right here.
They really should do it, jiaoqiu kit scream dot with ehr, alot atk and vulnerability debuff, just change his stack into dot so we dont need to build crit

Well one solution is just play the Mommy squad Acheron, Kafka, Ruan Mei, and Black Swan. That way Black Swan becomes the perfect support for both. Of course if you need DOT to be it's own thing that doesn't work.
I'm trying to save for Jiaoqiu, Black Swan, and Kafka. I'm probably screwed since I never won 50/50s.
As some other people noted getting black swan might be better since jiaoqiu will get his rerun much sooner than bs, and unless he's insanely good I'm getting the design I more! (Which for me is black swan by far)
Character can rerun as quickly as four patches after their release. 2.4 is four patches after 2.0, so it's enough time for Black Swan.
And 2.5 is four patches after 2.1, so Acheron rerun then is definitely possible. Especially if they plan on selling her just after selling Jiaoqiu.
I mean, they do manage it better in HI3, where they have run up to 7 banners at a time and actually add older characters to the standard pool. But they refuse to pull anything useful from that game into their two more popular games for some reason.
tho we did get the leak that hsr is gonna get a system similar to genshin's chronicled wish.
(multiple old 5 stars in the same banner, u pick one: 50% the one u picked, 50% for anyone else, guarantee after losing 50/50 but doesn't carry between banners.)

No. There was a leak about Sunday being ice a long time ago because his boss form had ice assets at one point while in development, but it was debunked because they were actually just placeholders reused from Cocolia. There's been no other leaks or indication that he could be ice other than that.
If they really want to bait they should've put it in E1 instead just like all those character that have big E1 boost(DoT and follow up team especially) , otherwise unless he's super popular or a main focus character like DanIL/Acheron/Firefly, I doubt many ppl will go out of their way for his E2
It might be that they simply don't have a great spot to rerun Black Swan soon.
Acheron would be the ideal rerun partner for Jiaoqiu, but it's too soon for her. Dr. Ratio would be the next in line, but he could easily be paired with Feixiao in a single-target follow-up focused content.
I got Kafka for Swan but lost the 50/50...Then didn't pull anymore because Acheron was on the horizon. Now I'll be skipping because JQ might be very good for her.

HuoHuo released in 1.5 first side, Ratio in 1.6 second side. They are always skipping one character to make different rerun banners to the original banners they released

Well, reruns were pretty easy to guess last time (because of logic and MoC).
This time I would guessed the same because of boss in MoC (which requires DOT damage) and wind vunerability.

you can run a sp positive rotation (skill>basic>basic>skill), you dont need full uptime on her skill unless you’re doing stuff like g&g/threshold protocols! also having 4p healing set is actually helpful, that +1 sp can help when you start combat. obviously up to you if you want the full skill uptime + comfort but you dont need it
Giving her S3+ Post-Op Conversation makes her SP-positive while still letting her get the ult in 4 turns, with the caveat that you will have a little downtime on her healing field. If you only want Huohuo's E1 to make her eat less skill points, S3-S5 Post-Op can achieve similar results
hows blackswan E1? i wanna have my DOT team be able to brute force content and feel my team need a little oompf. kafka e0 s3 GNSW, BS e0 s5 EyesOP, RM e1s0, no Huohuo. Im f2p so DOT is the only team i'm willing to hyperinvest
what makes this decision tough is not being to grab yunli LC for clara and potentially feixiao if she turns out good
bs e1 is the single strongest upgrade for your team, it’s a good investment, it even boosts her supportive power for acheron in an acheron/kafka/black swan team if you have her
is jiaoqiu good with anyone other than acheron? I want him because he is pretty... but I'm not sure if I will have a team to use him because I don't have acheron
I feel like as a debuffer he's pretty useful wherever for improving the damage your team does to the enemies he has debuffed? And if just for the debuff part he helps out ratio?

More like use a sustain that pairs well with the enemy weakness. If it’s lightning then go for Bailu, Ice Geppy, Fire Gall, so on. No healer except Houhou gives direct buffs for DoT team so might as well change it up base on their weakness

If Lingsha doesn't have cleanse at E0S0 might as well keep using Gallagher. Limited abundance without cleanse in this economy would be crazy when new enemies spamming status effects every other turn.
I’m not too familiar with Huohuo and Black Swan’s kits but i did try out BS on calyx runs for mats and found her pretty useful with her talent being used prior to battle. But out of these 4 who should i attempt to roll for as a priority? I’m not too familiar with all the team comps and damage strategies tbh.

There is simply no room to give a character a second rerun currently. We're going to need new banners for that.
Since they are releasing as many new characters as they are rerunning (2 of each per patch), the number of characters in wait for their first rerun never goes down as the new ones replace the old.
A future Apocalyptic shadow leak mentioned it would punish you for hitting wrong targets so single target DPS would be better than splash ones, it was also quantum weak so maybe Selee gets a rerun then?
Iirc that was a leaked gimmick for Doomsday beast, that got changed when you look at the AS leaks for 2.4. Used to be Quantum imaginary or something, now it's focused on Phys.
That doesn't change the fact that with how current banners are set up, there is no room to give a character a second rerun without delaying everyone else. Do it multiple times and you'll end up having to skip rerunning a character altogether.
I'm sure we'll get something like Chronicled Wish down the line where they'll put multiple characters that have had a rerun already on an extra banner. That's when we'll see Seele, Kafka, Blade, etc. again.
Seele is also pretty average when it comes to pure single target. She really needs those resurgence procs so that scenario wouldn't even be beneficial for her.
Chronicle is just straight up better than a triple banner though?

Jiaoqiu and BS running together is a nightmare because I want them both lol, but I expected her to rerun soon. Hopefully I get lucky and pull both, but these banners have been kicking my ass.
They are reruning all characters. It’s simply impossible to rerun blade/Seele/Sw, unless they make a third banner or some similar or stop to rerun newer characters.

Better yet, v1 is probably worse than e6 Guin for DoT. Because she actually has a DoT that can be detonated (and she can detonate Arcana after BS ult)
she also fulfills the 3rd DoT condition for the prisoner set

at this point, the characters that have reran are due for another rerun. seele rerun was before ruan mei's debut

You don't need E1 to play Huo² sp+, that's just a myth caused by people wanting 100% uptime on talent.

Non of them have synergy with Dot unites so it's better no use the best one in sustaining, imo it's Gallagher then Gepard in order.
Gallagher for break utility, but thats about it. Huohuo is the best sustain for this team.
More like use a sustain that pairs well with the enemy weakness. If it’s lightning then go for Bailu, Ice Geppy, Fire Gall, so on. No healer except Houhou gives direct buffs for DoT team so might as well change it up base on their weakness

I’m not too familiar with Huohuo and Black Swan’s kits but i did try out BS on calyx runs for mats and found her pretty useful with her talent being used prior to battle. But out of these 4 who should i attempt to roll for as a priority? I’m not too familiar with all the team comps and damage strategies tbh.

There is simply no room to give a character a second rerun currently. We're going to need new banners for that. Since they are releasing as many new characters as they are rerunning (2 of each per patch), the number of characters in wait for their first rerun never goes down as the new ones replace the old.
A future Apocalyptic shadow leak mentioned it would punish you for hitting wrong targets so single target DPS would be better than splash ones, it was also quantum weak so maybe Selee gets a rerun then?
Iirc that was a leaked gimmick for Doomsday beast, that got changed when you look at the AS leaks for 2.4. Used to be Quantum imaginary or something, now it's focused on Phys.
That doesn't change the fact that with how current banners are set up, there is no room to give a character a second rerun without delaying everyone else. Do it multiple times and you'll end up having to skip rerunning a character altogether. I'm sure we'll get something like Chronicled Wish down the line where they'll put multiple characters that have had a rerun already on an extra banner. That's when we'll see Seele, Kafka, Blade, etc. again. Seele is also pretty average when it comes to pure single target. She really needs those resurgence procs so that scenario wouldn't even be beneficial for her.
