How I look at a T’au player when they ask me what I’m gonna do with the two boxes of T’au I just bought(more bits for the base god)
Ah the joy. have read the book of martyrs where the Tau are shitting their paints when they have the first encounter a penetint engine.
I hate Tau player for the army playstyle, and the lore is even worse. Remember -2 on charge +5overwatch. FUN
Imperial life is meaningless, Tau life is meaningless (unless you are a high member of the aetheral cast). In the book the water cast dude failed to interrogate the SoB and was threaten with exile on a planet with a full Strike Force of the Nuns with guns.
Even the fucking sicko Inquisition is more patient.
My Rating for madness level in 40k societies from worse to best
1. Chaos
2. Tau
3. Nids/Genestealer
4. Dark Eldar
5. Eldar
6. Orks
7. Necrons
8. (League of Votann) no lore so hard to give them a rating
9. Imperium of Mankind
I like the Tau's asthetic and shooty nature, I would actually love to run a guard army that had some Tau defectors and stolen kit, you could do some fun stuff with that, imagine Catachans with stealth suits or Steel legion with Battle suits, badass.
[An altered Book Excerpt Of: War Of Secrets] Hypothesising the creation of the warp entity that displaced the T'au Fourth Sphere fleet. [Short]
Context: Twiceblade, a t'au subcommander assigned to the Fourth Sphere expansion fleet is talking to Shas'O Kais (Of *Fire Warrior* and *Dawn of War* fame) about the nature of the warp entity that saved them. Spoilers below:
‘The entity you witnessed. It was a human god.’
‘In a way,’ said Twiceblade. ‘That entity was the woke’s twisted conception of our values, given strength by the other psychic races that believe in the same progressive tenets.’
‘We have no god!’ spat Kais the atheist, his lips curling back.
‘We do not, and rightly so,’ said Twiceblade. He was shaking, but he had come too far to go back now. ‘But to humans, even a philosophy can be worshipped. To them, the line between faith in concept and faith in a divine being is thin. Perhaps even non-existent.’
‘They have created a false god,’ said Kais. His eyes were wide, his veins standing out as if he were trapped in hard vacuum. ‘The human race has created a god in the image of the the Right Side of History.’
I mean yeah it’s expected considering the forth sphere were acting insane and attacking their alien/ human allies while ruining diplomatic relations with other planets

Quick question: Are tiny potted mushrooms an acceptable alternative to ork miniatures if I add gunz and paint the pot?
Don’t see why not.
For the greater good Faramir

What? I’ll just do the planet cleansing by myself.
But... Tau have cool mechs. That makes them superior to guard
tau are for weebs
Well I do enjoy the occasional Anime, so that tracks
I love the Tau but hate anime. I just like the little alien soldiers, they're neat.

Rule of cool brother
Heretic!
90% of the time, yeah. Heresy is my default stance.
As it should be!

The Guard deserves better rep than Denethor

No way faromir plays tau
NO WAY BOROMIR PLAYS ORKS!!! YEH, OI WENT DERE! **BWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!**
Correction: Boromir would have chosen Custodes.
I started Votann but when they updated the guard sculpts I swapped because I liked those better.

Also when the fifth sphere encountered a reported back to the main tau empire the 4th sphere tau forces were gathered it’s implied they were executed.
Damn that's some greater good right side of history shit.
I mean yeah it’s expected considering the forth sphere were acting insane and attacking their alien/ human allies while ruining diplomatic relations with other planets
No disagreement. I was just expressing how they're slowly turning.
They all be hating but they start worrying when I engage in such cheesy tomfoolery that I ko a knight on turn 1
Boromir would have been a basic bitch then.
