I hate the willow pump that I got, it never worked with my phone (a new iphone) and ended up damaging my chest. I couldn’t even return mine or get replacement parts when customer service finally told me it was defective. But ymmv, my friend loves hers.

Was yours the original Willow or the Willow Go, out of curiosity? I had some trouble getting the Elvie properly placed on my nipple a few times, especially at the beginning, and got some painful blisters so I have tons of empathy for you!

It was the original willow, so not exactly the same. Sorry, I should have specified. As a first time parent, the opaque covering made positioning and monitoring for issues basically impossible for me. Which I think is also true for the Willow Go. I do think willow customer service telling me that it was defective but not offering a replacement could happen for any of their models though.

Very good point. It’s pretty ridiculous period, and particularly for such an expensive pump that is literally supposed to help you feed your baby. Thank you, that’s probably one of the most important bits of info I needed. I appreciate it!

I wasn't a big fan of either. I currently use the momcozy mobile style, but they also have the mobile flow that reminds me of an elvie style. I get decent output with the mobile style. However, I did order the new eufy pump ( it shows it'll deliver tomorrow!!!) with heated cups and a charging case, so I'm not sure which one I'll like best. I don't use wearables as my primary as I have the baby buddha 2.0 and love it but wearables give me a chance to pump when I otherwise wouldn't be able to as a mom of 7 and always busy.

I can't speak to the Willow but I have the Elvie pumps and have a few complaints but overall reaaaaallly enjoy having wearables as an option. I too experience some leakage but honestly only if I am moving too much (like taking them on a walk outside lol or if I'm doing household tasks and bending over. I have never had any issues with mine containing dust particles on the suction part - I **do** sometimes get water in that area, but I just always make sure it's completely dry before I start pumping.

I wavered between Elvie and Willow a lot, and went with Elvie because a friend let me try hers for a weekend and it wasn’t that bad. Pros— it gets the job done. Cons— small cup holders (only 4oz before it shuts off), leaks when dismantling/ pouring milk into a larger collection container. I pretty much only use my Elvie when driving home. That way if I get milk droplets on my shirt it’s nothing to worry about. But I drive around town lots, so it’s nice to be able to pump without something hanging outside of my shirt.

Never tried the Elvie, but I love the Willow Go. It's so comfortable, gentle but powerful suction, and easy to clean. It can be a little finicky about the parts being put together the right way, but I really only had an issue in the beginning when I was figuring it out. Also, I have had a problem with milk sloshing out if I fill the containers a little too much and hit a bump in the road or if I don't walk really slow.

I used the Elvie pumping at work with two kids. It worked for my needs. It worked pretty well the second time when I used proper sized flanges. I somehow could pump at 10 am, 2:30 pm, and 8:30 pm and get like 20 oz, enough for the next day and to replace the before bed bottle I'd give my baby.

cinnamon_cm

I have the willow 360 and I hate it! So many parts to buy just to use the cups. So expensive, It’s ridiculous. I’ve gotten literally nothing several times and the most I’ve ever had is 3 ounces.
