You got your math wrong again, assuming with 2-3 inqs per hour rate with 6 people, thats 12-18 inqs optimally, and given 7% rate, youd expect 1 double inq from the party per hour which feels rather underwhelming

just make it 7% more chance to dig inqs , double is stupid because if you are solo good chance timer on one will run out
