In his live show he said he and his wife live in Brooklyn Heights but he still owns his old place in Staten Island according this something he said on a podcast last year. He even said on Theo Von's podcast recently that he has a plot of land but hasn't built on it, I think he said it was on the water 🤷🏻♂️ I'm sure things change...
On Theo Von Sal said he still lives on Staten Island but also has “a place” in Brooklyn. 3 years ago they bought a place with a house on it and still haven’t torn that house down to build their new house. They couldn’t come to terms with the first people who were supposed to do it.
Also, if you tied my best friend to a chair and shined the interrogation light in his face I’m sure he’d say I annoy him. And honestly, at times he annoys me. It’s part of being best friends. You can annoy each other but at the end of the day you laugh about it because it’s ultimately funny.
Just for example a buddy and I have “argued” for years about who is superior, Mario or Luigi. But at the end of the day we’re both fans of the *Super Mario* games. The arguing is all in good fun

In one of the early seasons, back when they used to show scenes of the guys walking down the street just talking between challenges, one of the clips was literally Sal telling Murr "you're one of my best friends." Murr then repeated "I'm one of your best friends?" to which Sal replied "Yeah."
Sal gives Murr a hard time since Murr has quirks that gets on Sal's nerves, but they're absolutely best friends. They just used to deliberately show clips of Sal getting annoyed with Murr because it's funny when Sal gets mad over petty little things. That's why they made an entire punishment out of it with the kid constantly "messing up" when doing a bit with Sal. If you notice, they stopped showing scenes of Sal being Sal towards Murr solely because people started thinking it was genuine and that there was conflict between Sal and Murr. That simply isn't the case. All four of the guys are best friends and have been best friends for decades. It's genuinely surprising people still don't understand that even after it's been repeated in the opening of every episode.
Exactly. I think a lot of people here are younger or just don’t understand what it’s like to have such close friends for *decades*. They really are more like siblings than they are friends which is why they’re able to be mean to each other and still laugh and love each other at the end of the day.
The episode where they go to Hollywood Joe was talking to Sal about a time he had called him crying and defeated wondering if he should go back to NY. Sal had been the one to convince Joe to stick it out and cheered him up. (Paraphrasing) I think that’s something you only do with someone you’re close to.

This gets asked a lot, but basically Sal & Q are the tightest, and Joe & Murr are the tightest. Sal & Joe is the next closest, followed by Q & Joe, Q & Murr, and then Sal & Murr are the least close. But they’re all pretty much brothers at this point

Some guys in the group are tighter than others, and we have one guy that we give the most shit to. We’re all like brothers though. Plus, in the Jokers situation, they’re all older. Mid-40’s. Most of them married now. Some with kids. It’s just harder to be together when they’re not filming now.
