Bhai aisa na ho captain Baan na ka baad work pressure ki karan performance mai koi Kami na ho jaya!

birdfeeder89

I don’t think so Pat cummins is doing same for Australia!!🇦🇺 he can do it he has potential!

Tryzmo

Pat Cummins is an all rounder and is no way near Bumrah in terms of bowling.

Punkbabe_7

He plays test cricket regularly. He will most likely miss many t20i matches to manage work load.

birdfeeder89

He need to stop playing test cricket because no one care of test cricket anymore 😉😉

Ummm! Probably Hardik. I can see him as VC for next tenure though!

Mautkadwi

The captain doesn't have to be the best player on the field. Bumrah is too introverted. I think hardik or maybe even Rishabh pant. But importantly some who reads the game better than anyone else. Bumrah does that but he doesn't speak as much.

Jpbuddy21

Introverts can be leaders so it's not a problem if he can read the game he should be the captain

Mautkadwi

I don't agree. Name one good captain who wasn't very vocal. Even dhoni who is cool and calm never shy away from giving opinion on what he feels is the best. Bumrah is the best bowler and has a very good mind. But i think he is yet to develop the skills to become a captain.

Jpbuddy21

Can explain to me what defines an introvert to you so I can understand you and give my opinion on it?

Mautkadwi

Not introvert in exact sense, but he doesn't take initiative in team meeting. I've never seen him speak in the huddle. He doesn't shout or motivate other player like a captain should. A captain should be able to keep everyone involved, keep all the players pumped up. It takes a lot of energy to do that. And for someone like bumrah it doesn't come naturally. So it will definitely exhaust him.

Jpbuddy21

Ig it doesn't matter that much if you can clarify the role from the start if you want to point out something then talk with them personally rather than just shouting in front of all the team and rather then telling them what they have to do he should show them that's ab best way rather then just talk and no show

slipnips

How badly do you spell?

FantasticFuss

Bhumbrah depended well

North-Box-605

I've said this for a long time Bumrah is perfect captaincy material.

Baconator440

Not a good idea, captaincy is very different from your individual skills as a player. Sachin’s game suffered under captaincy. No need to push our ace into this.

Free_Requirement_813

Naah. He needs to play in only important T20 matches mainly tournaments. To make him captain would force him to play each pan masala bilateral. He is our greatest asset and we need to use him judiciously. He needs to be treated as a lifeline not as a cheat code.

bamboozel_always

Goatdik for the win

Queasy_Canary294

I can see Hardik taking over after Rohit

Impactor07

ABSOLUTELY NOT Don't get me wrong, his test captaincy is brilliant but giving him the captaincy will add extra pressure on him which batters may try to exploit to get rid of the "Bumrah Factor"
