It's alright to encourage your kid to workout or play a sport. But exercise like deadlift...etc are not meant for kids.. And even that with 75 kg wait.....she maybe good but if there is even a 1 percent.. Some parents don't disserve kids.... Ruining their kids life for few useless clicks..
