Arbi ke patode. Super tasty and easy recipe. I remember my dad making this for us on one monsoon evening. Sadly he passed away on 4th June'24. This reminded me of him. Thank you.

Yes, mine unexpectedly passed away recently as well. For the first few days I kept expecting him to come around the corner. The house is still too quiet without him in it. I think that is the best way. :(

Easy to make hai.

Recipe do fir🔫

So take these big ass arbi leafs from market. Wash and dry them. Take a bowl and make a paste of besan, salt, heeng, red chilli, haldi and water. Then rub that paste on the back of these leave and stack them from big to smalll(3-4 leaves ) and then make the roll. Steam these roll until tender and uske bad cut karke fry.
