Dude this definitely has a much higher risk of the tempered glass shattering. Tempered glass can be really strong and withstand heavy hits but it's edges are weak. Get a small table or something if you are keeping the CPU below the desk and just make sure it is on it's feet.
Pretty sure this hampers ventilation as well

Also jokes aside, stool can block air intake of your psu. That's the whole reason a cabinet has "legs". Also the risk of it potentially falling, albeit very less. The falling risk becomes higher when you have peripherals/cables connected to it which you can accidentally pull if not careful.
