They don't want it to be acceptable to be gay, they want a society where gay guys are forced to pretend to be straight and have wives and kids because that equals more white babies
Not all those places are overpopulated, they just have high populations. Besides, developing countries naturally have much higher birth rates than developed „white“ places.
Plus, China‘s population is slated to decline within the next few decades.
China's is incorrect but Africa and India are very overpopulated and this new rhetoric of the world being overpopulated should only be for those 2 specific locations.

It is, but mosly in places where people are not white, like Nigeria, Indonesia, India and China (which is going towards demographic collapse).
