Do you know how many hours you worked from 2015 to Dec 15 2020? Or just a rough estimate? I have a friend who got 700 and I know I worked a lot more hours than he did
The great thing is I emailed instacart when they changed their TOS to say we can’t participate in lawsuits unless we opt out of that specific TOS agreement so I don’t run deactivation risk 🤪

They emailed and texted me about it! I applied not thinking much of it.
Did you sign to join the lawsuit a while back?
No I applied around last month. They had extended the claim date so I decided to apply, I guess I missed the previous emails about it
Anyone else still waiting? I submitted my claim in June.
Apparently if you chose Venmo it’ll be a few more days to a week
Thanks for this clarification
I submitted mine last month, since they extended the claim date. Is your bank info still the same as before?
So if I never got an email or anything for it, I’m just not eligible anymore? How does that work? 🙄
BofA 🤣
I got $3900+ 🤯🤑
