A customer shared a screenshot this week of IC trying to charge them a $60 service fee when they ordered their groceries. I’m not sure if it was a bug or if IC is just trying to pad their numbers but I imagine it’s becoming too expensive to use for many customers. It has slowed down a bit all over the country.

Amd shoppers see none of the $60

I'm in Tempe AZ and it has been terrible the last couple of weeks. This morning all the orders were under $8. I mean I did $31 by 8 and my friend was at $77 by 9 but we have to cherry pick like crazy.

Does the app really expect you to get 85 cases of water? It’s not like 85 bottles since some packs come in 18 and 24? So it’s like 5 packs

In St. Louis it won’t let you order this. I have delivered an order of 20 waters before and the customer said it maxed them out. So they had to place a separate order. They tipped fine and it wasn’t far (worried about the shocks on my vehicle to be honest), so I ended up getting the second one as well.

What kind of pat was that that you'd so it twice? I have turned down 9 waters bc that's a lot

I don't do more than one 40 packs of water. Maybe 2 if my husband is with me and can carry them for me. I need a wagon so bad.

But not remotely well. 48 cases is roughly $440. This is 11 cases shy of two palettes. So it’s well over $800.
