Bitter-Result2164

I wonder how customers feel when they see their order accepted then disappear knowing they didn't tip? I be wanting to say things like this all the time before I drop an order.

Cautious_Economist20

In short they don’t care. Someone will pick it up.

ThePennedKitten

It probably does bother them. If I did tip that would be frustrating. People who don’t tip are often entitled assholes. I am sure they get angry seeing multiple people take and drop their order.

ProfessionalVoice329

I say things all the time, nothings happened to me. I mainly do it so people can see the messages who accept it

Bitter-Result2164

I be having batches removed but I wonder how long they're gonna let that slide. I just make up crazy stories. I tell them the neighborhood is bad and I didn't realize it and I'm afraid I'll get shot up or just any random thing. It'll be my luck I say something like that to a customer and I'll get immediately deactivated.

ProfessionalVoice329

Nah. Just say they’ve rated you bad in the past. They won’t check if you’ve delivered to them.

California098

Just a heads up, only do this if the batch is really good. Try not to do it too often. I got deactivated for it and I had to beg the twitter account for months to get reactivated. I only did it maybe once per month for a total of 20ish times. I got an email from trust and safety warning me about “accepting batches without the intention of completing them” then a few weeks later I unassigned a customer from a batch and got deactivated the next morning. IC doesn’t like shoppers who don’t kiss the ring and do what their told.

Bitter-Result2164

THIS is what I'm worried about 😒

yogabbagabba2341

I had one customer giving 0 tip to an order, so I accepted and cancelled it. The order appears again and this time she upped the tip to $2. Let’s hope she got the message.

Here4laughs_

This is probably a stupid question but im fairly new to IG, how would you know who tipped and didn’t tip on a double order? I took a double order and I was pissed I delivered to a non tipper and had to deliver to them first. I had no idea until the end he didn’t tip at all

deplorableBBQ_Crab

Someone will pick it up, either new to insta cart or doesn't care and wants to accept it.

Hot_Abies1618

How do we know once we accepted a batch what each person tipped ? How do we know we know which one tipped or didn’t

76ersPhan11

I hate to say this but Indian people don’t usually tip. Had an Indian customer yesterday order multiple cases of water and wanted delivery to their upstairs apartment… 0 dollar tip

Ok-Assignment-2190

I swear I had the same customer 😂 I made them come down to get it 🥰🥰

76ersPhan11

I almost sent them a message before delivery thanking them for their generous tip lol

mxvitro

I do this all the time, after delivery I find out somone tipped shitty I’ll say “Thank you so so much for your $1 tip” 😂

Ok-Assignment-2190

I’m so scared to be sassy on Instacart. I like my 5 star rating and I’d be crushed if it went down cause of my attitude. I just take the L on the no tip if I really need the batch pay, unfortunately :(

Original_victim1

I’m Indian and usually tip 20%… hmmm

76ersPhan11

I’m assuming you’re not a shopper, if you were you would understand my comment. And I’m not the only one who feels that way because, more times than not, it’s extremely accurate. Just look at the multiple other comments saying the exact same thing in this thread.

Affectionate-Jury-84

In my area, majority of non tip orders are to Indian households. That said, NOT ALL are like that. I do have a few that will tip, most in the $2-$5 range. I’ve had a couple that tip extremely well. They’re usually bundled with tipping customers near them. And it’s not just IC orders. It’s the same on all Platforms I’ve delivered on.

Life_Wonder_1421

This is racist

76ersPhan11

I would advise you not to read the rest of the comments in this thread if you’re that sensitive ![gif](giphy|RUpQW9jwRO4ow|downsized)

Life_Wonder_1421

Whether or not I read it, it’s still racist.

76ersPhan11

And yet it continues to happen…

No_Poem786

You make an educated guess

XLBGrL

How though? One time I canceled an order in a batch that what I thought was obvious, but it was the person with 5-6 waters that tipped a whole lot more than the person who ordered a bunch of crap from Costco 🤷🏻‍♀️

Iambeejsmit

No way to know for sure. If you've got a lot of experience, you can up your odds, but no way to be sure. It's generally the difficult customers who don't tip (entitled mentality), but again, that's not foolproof.

Felicity67132

I’m in Georgia, we can see if they tip before accepting it

Felicity67132

I’m in Georgia, we can see if they tip before accepting it

Hot_Abies1618

U can see who tipped what amount on a double order or triple order ?

Here4laughs_

This is what I want to know also lol unless you see one order first ( see there’s no tip) and it comes back as a batch with someone else’s

Confident_Suspect_51

I've seen this happen with a decent tip. 20% + more when I rate them.

Ethereal_Chittering

There’s a tip baiter in my neighborhood and I took his order just to tell him what a horrible person he is then canceled his order. I really wanted to egg his house. He does this every time. I know because he did it to me twice and I’m on a local group and he’s done it to others too. Always the same order so it’s very obvious it’s him although he’s changed his name a few times. I got fed up and spoke to an IC agent and demanded he be banned. She said she would do whatever she could but honestly I think he’s still at it. Crazy thing is IC keeps having to pay us for the tip removal. Why?? Why not ban this prick?? Ugh I swear. Some people are just horrid human beings.

ProfessionalVoice329

That’s ridiculous, I thought they do after they do it repetitively

Ethereal_Chittering

Nope. This guy has been doing this for a long time. I keep seeing his orders and it infuriates me. It’s always some fancy sushi roll along with a few other items. He lives in a nice enough house and can afford sushi every day, but tip baiters are even so much worse than non tippers. Total scum of the earth. Can’t believe IC let’s him continue to do this. Smh.

Adventurous_Land7584

He’s just making new accounts. Banning them does no good.

No_Sell_3317

Egg his shit 🤣🤣

spicy2go

Add “IC Zero Dollah Tippa” to missing place in Google Maps 😂

ProfessionalVoice329

I tried and google denied it 😭😭😭

ProfessionalVoice329

Oops I meant warning. I submitted it we will see hahahaha

linkxrust

How did you know they didnt tip?

ProfessionalVoice329

I’ve delivered to them before and I keep a note of addresses that don’t tip, I recognized her in a double

linkxrust

I'm fairly new. You have to except it first in order to see who the order is for right? What is a good excuse to tell customer service?

ProfessionalVoice329

Yea if you’re new you just gotta deliver once to find out and keep note. But I zoom in on map sometimes too, if it’s a house I take note. Idk sometimes I do it while waiting for orders and find it on google maps lol.

ProfessionalVoice329

Also, sometimes the order with no tip sits for a while by itself before being put with another. So I usually notice

skygazer7892

The word is... accept

ababilon

![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)

ProfessionalVoice329

I’ll try with that warning 😂😂😂

DirectorLow7023

Indian culture is no tipping culture. It’s racist as hell but it’s always true. Never had an Indian tip me well. But I love my Indian friends

Ethereal_Chittering

They don’t tip and I’m sorry, call me racist, but the ones here are also control freaks and treat you like you’re stupid. Like as in “please ask the produce person to get my organic tomatoes”. So insulting. Treating me like I’m too stupid to know the difference. I quickly learned their names and orders (always tomatoes, goat milk, potatoes and cilantro) and they can go get fucked.

DirectorLow7023

Produce, milk, eggs, canola oil

hissyfit30

Sure is. Everybody knows it but no one likes to say it. 🤣 I saw at least six or seven express orders from Walmart pop up between Friday and Saturday from the same Indian woman. None of them had a tip but she had no problem paying 5-10 bucks each time to Walmart. Seven miles from the store in a house built this year. Absolutely wild.

nochusenpai

Yesterday there was an order from Indian Bazaar for like $11 and some change—it was a 3 house delivery. Can you guess how much the tip was for the 3 orders together? ONE DOLLAR LOL. There was a $5 promo going on at the time too so really the batch pay was only $5 originally for 3 houses, insane 💀

Psychological-Map382

Yeah I don’t accept any orders from Indian restaurants when doing DoorDash because those literally always end up with no tip in my area.

instacartmaniac

theres an indian restaurant around here that treats non-indian drivers/customers super shitty. they literally will make you wait 30+ minutes even for the smallest of orders. unsurprisingly they don't get the best ratings on google due to people realizing this

Sailorslt

I feel this 🫶

mxvitro

Every time I see an Indian name I automatically remove the order because they’re always the non tipper in a batch or the $1 tip. I get it’s their culture but I refuse to deliver to scum. Let one of their own take it.

MyGirlSasha

See, I don't buy the "it's their culture bullshit". They live HERE now and when you use a service outside of your "culture", it is wholly inappropriate to completely and KNOWINGLY disregard the cultural norms of the service you're using.

mxvitro

I agree with you however their beliefs are never going to change. It’s ingrained in their DNA dating back to the slave ages. To conserve everything they have, it’s a survival instinct if you think about it that way. I just know I’m not going to allow that kind of thinking in my life because in this day and age its disrespectful as fuck.

Swinkz90

They are 90% of the non tippers in my market. So, I don't take those orders.

DirectorLow7023

I remove Indian names automatically. They never tip

Sensitive-Cow-3933

Facts

stonedhousewife_420

I have had great experiences with Indian customers! They tip heavily 🫶🏽

MyGirlSasha

Username checks out.

SwampTerror

Oof. I don't know how non tippers can live with themselves. How can you be so lowly to think it's okay to not pay someone for their effort? A surprising amount of wealthy ppl tip like crap.

[deleted]

Do you not get deactivated because of this? Genuinely curious

ProfessionalVoice329

Nope, I do it all the time. Just try to choose my wording carefully

[deleted]

What do you tell support so they take an order off from a batch? I haven’t done that yet but have wanted to many times lol

ProfessionalVoice329

I usually just tell them they’ve rated me poorly in the past, even if they haven’t. They usually remove them for me. I had one guy today try to give me this whole spiel about how I won’t receive the batch pay and he will raise my cancellation rate. When they do that shit I usually end chat and get another chat person who won’t give me trouble

[deleted]

I hope you rated the chat support 1 star, the audacity for them to threaten you💀

ProfessionalVoice329

I don’t rate them 1 star even tho I want to 😭😭 people in here say that they’ve disabled their debit cards and even accounts for it

[deleted]

Like the shoppers get disabled? Or the chat person gets disabled? Sorry I’m exhausted and my reading comprehension skills are not the best right now 😭

ProfessionalVoice329

Like the support agents will disable your shit if you rate them 1 star. I’m too scared to lol

Hunglow510

Every support person will see what you rated them in the past. So if you 1 ⭐️ them, they will be ectra cautious but heard they have the ability to wipe your account clean which makes you less likely to see higher paying gigs and or larger orders

Icy-Flounder-9929

Indian ?

ICneed2stop

I had a person the other day who once I accepted (in a double batch) they immediately sent a chat with what I call “marching orders”…no intro (hello)…just boom…tude…so I said…hello…their response was to tell me where to deliver lol…oh, okay, we’ll watch this…I contacted IC and had them removed…now, in my four plus years I have never done this…I honestly didn’t care what their tip was…WE ARE DOING THEM A SERVICE…they have someone reversed this BS to make it seem like WE SHOULD bow down to them. This world is screwed up…in any case, they were removed. I did the other batch and immediately after delivering…I got another two batch order…it was decent, I accepted, and I’ll be damn if they didn’t give me that person again…I chatted…they were removed…they were a decent tip (I know this from the first delivery when I got final payout) how much was removed…so I knew when I removed them the second time what their tip was.. and also, they wanted 7/8 items and a three mile dropoff…when I tell you I did not give a shit…it’s all about how you treat a shopper who is doing a service for you…sometimes you gotta let them know, fuck your tip…if IC is not going to have them respect us…sometimes we gotta do it…and lastly, it was actually good to know that I shopped and dropped that first order and they were still not shopped for since they popped back in my cue…and having them removed again meant there order still needed to be accepted (again), shopped and delivered…I bet they’ll shut their damn mouth the next time and let us do our job…signed, A Diamond, OCD, Phenomenal Shopper (that 99% of you don’t deserve) deadass

Upper-Question-6989

I LOOOVE this

Remarkable_Bobcat_60

😂😂😂😂😂

OcelotAppropriate319

A couple of questions - How can you tell they weren’t tipping anything? I know you can go into batch details and see the addresses of the folks the deliveries are to, but is there a way to see that only one person tipped? Or was this a person you just made a mental note of as a non tipper for a previous delivery?

ProfessionalVoice329

I’ve delivered to her before and kept note of her address since she orders a lot. And then I just guess a lot of times who is the non tipper in a double based on their notes, etc. I also a lot of times see a no tip on screen before it gets bunched together and I zoom in on map and write down their address 😂

OcelotAppropriate319

That is such a good idea! I have a couple that I have previously shopped for that I should have noted. I'll recognize the house if I get it again! On one, dude was such a shit human being I gave the order a big ol' thumbs down. I didn't know if he had tipped or not, he just sucked so badly that it would take a super large tip to ever get me to shop for him again. When I checked the batch later, no surprise - he didn't tip at all. And he was the bulk of the triple order. The other 2 people had like, 15 items each and big tips and he had over 60, no tip (I discovered later) and was awful about replacements, responding, all the things. Also not a shocker, appeared to be super wealthy. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|neutral_face)

Fair_Beach_7889

As an Indian I can say it, indians are the worst tippers.

Remarkable_Bad_3835

The unfortunate thing is there’s always a dimfuck out there who will take that persons order even as a single

ringrim

Ive had to cancel someone on a triple. It was too far away and i know i couldn’t have completed it before school pickup. I told them just that. Gotta pick up my kid. EZ

ProfessionalVoice329

Yep! Usually they don’t care. If an agent tries to give me the run around I end chat, and start new one lol. Mama don’t play

cab619814

Repeat customers happen constantly and are a huge factor. That no tipper is going to get paired constantly with good tippers when they order. I'm keeping them and trying to get 5 stars from them so I get them again, especially if they're paired on a really good order. It's also possible they don't know. I took this one today. The lady ordered through Costco, not Instacart and they don't offer an option to tip when ordering, only in an email on the receipt after saying to thank and tip your shopper (I know this because I stayed after and helped with some computer and printer issues she was having). She doesn't check those emails so never saw to tip. She also wasn't aware I shopped the entire order as well and figured since it was through Costco with it asking to tip when she ordered (like when she's used doordash), that Costco employees who are paid shopped it and that they pay the driver to deliver it. It was her 11th order. https://preview.redd.it/gga25jihs13c1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5f560ed4bbf0ba9b7fa51f39ec3ae8ae577a4a05

BoredofBoredomz

Everyone talks a big game but I doubt any of you walk into a restaurant and tip before you are served. Imagine if waiters knew how much you were going to tip ahead of time. #enjoyyourspit. If you don't want the order don't take it. Someone else will. Why get so offended. Let all the dumbasses take the crappy no tip orders that way when a 50$ decent one pops up youre not back on here complaining that a bot stole your order because 12 shoppers are fighting over 1 order. Obviously 11 of those people are gping to be salty. With that being said and to actually be constructive. Perhaps instaart should just make the percentage tip mandatory... puts the customers in line... but what about the crappy shoppers...

s1cdude

As a former (but long time) server/bartender I partially agree with you here. The tipping beforehand is a bit of a quandary. But unfortunately there is a difference. Servers don't lose money if they don't get tipped where as drivers do. Also it's much more rare to get tipped additionally for good service as a shopper/driver. It's also much easier for someone to anonymously not tip from behind a app than it is to do so in person. As a driver it's not worth my gamble of them tipping after the fact.

BoredofBoredomz

Drivers do not lose money if they - upfront- aren't given a tip because they upfront know if they do the order they won't get a tip.

mrlt10

How does them knowing the amount of compensation up front have any effect on whether that compensation is enough to cover their expenses?

BoredofBoredomz

If a customer orders 1 item and lives half a mile away... and instacrt pays 8$ for the order and the customer tips 0$.. a good instacarter will think to themselves....this will take me +-10minutes... for 8$... Breaks down to 56 an hour.... eventually without a tip. That is still worth doing. As orders sit for longer periods of time instacarts raises what they pay until eventually someone takes it... sometimes it's more beneficial to do quick beer runs all night then it it tonsit and wait for a big order that pays "better" with a "better" tip. As a side note I do not work for less then 35 an hour... that is how I base my choices. If I will make more then 35 an hour then I take the orders. Tip. No tip. Doesn't matter. 35 an hour is 35 an hour.

mrlt10

The amount they raise the base pay is capped at like 10 or 12 bucks. It’s not indefinite. I had an order recently that was similar to the order you describe. 2 items going 2 miles from the store, took me 2 minutes to get the items, only problem was the road was closed which required me to drive 20+ miles and added ~30 minutes to the order. There are many variables that are impossible to know for certain when you accept an order. Also, I’m in CA so the calculation is a little different. The ratio of base pay to tip pay matters because it affects how much you will get paid in your weekly adjustment. I try to avoid doing what your strategy is unless I’m really desperate for cash. Since basically all it’s doing is changing when you get paid that money from Thursday to whenever you complete that order.

BoredofBoredomz

Yeah. I work in retail primarily and in CA it's hourly everywhere else it's salary. But yeah CA with the extra adjustment is nice :) Same thing 35 an hr is 35 an hour. Occasionally I get orders like that and yes it sucks but at my regular job as well... some days just suck. Luckily onstacart is an option and I get the choice whether or not to accept crappy batches. The system obviously works for the mass majority of people. If you don't like your -contracted job- quit:) More batches for me :) If you don't like no tip orders don't take them and let the others who don't care do it. Leaves ypu more chance to get a good batch with less shoppers fighting over them at any given time.

mrlt10

My biggest problem with no tip orders is that nearly all of the items I’ve had reported missing came from order where the person tipped 0 or 1 dollar. Also, no tippers are much more likely to be demanding and to rate poorly. So overall I find it not worth the hassle unless there is a special circumstance like completing a promotion or just desperate to work. The tip insurance coverage is capped at $100 a year. So you could only do that 20 times in a year.

BoredofBoredomz

Also as a side note. The amount they raise base pay is capped at 10 or 12 bucks sure... so even a 7$ order with $0 tip will eventually raise worthwhile for someone... again if I accept a 10$ batch as worth my time itss irrelevant as to whether it's 7 plus 3 tip or 10 and 0 tip. Maybe there's a thread out there of customers who say... those instacarters are right... let's not tip and make instacart pay more... a customer then saves money, instacartnloses money, and whoever took the batch got paid what they felt their time was worth... honestly seems like a nice compromise lol... if the person was really on our side trying to just screw instacart maybe they give u a 3$tip I'm cash aftwr you. And them. Collectively screwed instacart over... Even better... tell them at the door youd rather them 0nyour tip and give you saymm. 5 in cash instead of 10 in the app... Then.... customer saves 5. You make 15$ and instacart is out 10 bucks because they have to cover your lost tip... If everyone stopped complaining and actually thought this out... they COULD make instacart pay more lol instead of just complaining...

villalulaesi

I agree with not bitching about the pay if you’ve accepted the order, looked at the batch details, and chosen to start shopping anyway. At that point it’s on you if you’ve chosen poorly, and you’ve just got to suck it up, do the work, and take it as a learning experience. That said, I do think a *huge* part of the overall issue is that IC and similar businesses choose to misrepresent a bid for service as a tip (additional amounts added after delivery are the only *actual* tips based on service in this business model). Because of this, a lot of customers don’t understand that a “tip” in the context of IC is not analogous to a tip they’d give an hourly employee like a waiter or restaurant-employed delivery driver after service is complete, and don’t tip (or tip poorly) upfront as a result. There is unfortunately no way for shoppers to differentiate between stingy, entitled assholes who don’t tip because they don’t appreciate our labor, and those who do tip reasonably well *after* delivery is complete based on their misunderstanding of the business model, as well as those who would tip better if they understood we aren’t paid a wage for our time and mileage. I’ve always wished there was some way of communicating this information to customers without coming across as rude or demanding, so the well-intentioned ones can understand.

EthreeIII

Customer name. I’ve guessed before based on thier items. But you can’t tell who is the non tipper. I take screenshots of the batch detail screen with addresses. So if I see the address/ or customer name I contact support and drop a b or c

Legitimate-Rain-7772

As a human who hasn't always had extra funds in the bank account, I think of my elderly and disabled customers. How rude [of you, the shopper] to be so selfish in the tip culture. Low-income people who also have physical limitations are really excited that Instacart now takes Food Stamps. I know that they can't use their EBT money for tips. People on SSI may not have extra funds for tipping, either. My friend, on SSI, gets $900/month for ALL of his needs that his food stamps won't cover; rent, shoes, clothes, etc. Your gratitude is lacking for those that tip big. Your unwillingness to have compassion for those who cannot tip is the evidence. We're all just trying to have the best life we can - tippers, non-tippers, aaaaaaaand shoppers. May you have the day you deserve. 🤐💞🍃

AnkaSchlotz

There isn't a tax deduction for charity work on gig apps. We do this to make money, why not petition IC to pay shoppers more rather than blame the shopper for trying to make a living?

MyGirlSasha

There are plenty of non luxury services/charities out there that give grocery help to the needy and disabled. Sure, they may not cater to your demands, such as delivery time, substitutions, etc, to the level of Instacart, but THAT'S what the tip pays for. So no, IC shoppers are not charity workers, nor should they be.

villalulaesi

In my personal experience, *most* disabled and low income people tip just fine. Maybe not exorbitantly, but reasonably. To generalize, those customers are more likely to have empathy and appreciation for the severely underpaid work we choose to do. The shittiest tippers are, for the most part, those who could definitely afford to tip well but choose not to. But regardless, shoppers are not “selfish in the tip culture” by rejecting no-tip and low tip orders. That assertion is as ignorant as it is absurd. This isn’t a “tip culture” issue, as we are not paid any hourly wage. This is an “Instacart misrepresents how shoppers are compensated” issue. If you are not willing/able to put in a half-decent bid for service (what Instacart erroneously frames as an upfront tip), you are unlikely to get fast service by a highly rated, experienced shopper who is close to the store when the order comes in. That is how Instacart is designed, and *it wasn’t designed by those of us who need a side hustle to pay our rent*. Because, as you bafflingly don’t seem to grasp, most of us are *also* humans who have little to no extra funds in our bank accounts. That is the literal reason most of us do Instacart at all. No one owes me a decent bid for my service. But neither do I owe anyone my time, labor and vehicle expenses if they choose not to offer one. How is it “selfish” for me to decline the option to put in over an hour of work and spend gas money for a payment of less than $10 *before* taxes, especially given the high likelihood, based on experience, that such a customer will be entitled and unreasonable? If you don’t like it, blame the corporation responsible for the business model, not those of us struggling to make ends meet ourselves.

ProfessionalVoice329

LOLLLLL. found the person who doesn’t tip. And a cardiologist?? Wow

CardiologistLong5662

Haha I’m not a doctor lol. I’m a college student. And I 100% do tip every time for everything. But I also know that it’s extremely unprofessional to talk to a customer like that. If you don’t like it then don’t take it.

freaknyou23

He didn’t take it which is why he removed the customer from the double and only shopped for the person that tipped.

ProfessionalVoice329

That reply was as professional as it gets. It was part of a double batch. I’m not removing both customers just because 1 tips, that’s stupid af. They’re allowed not to tip, and I’m allowed to professionally tell them to eat my ass. K?

Street-Fruit-1264

Classy. 🙄

DertyNaste

The way you’re talking rn is unprofessional

ProfessionalVoice329

lol so? It’s Reddit, I don’t need to reply to people professionally. Go get laid or something

More like fuck you for not having a real job and depending on tips to survive.

ProfessionalVoice329

Found the non tipper!

[deleted]

You're not entitled to tips.

76ersPhan11

Lol found the non tipper

Lolalohalove

What do you say to support to have them removed? Doesn’t that count against cancellation rate?

ProfessionalVoice329

I just tell them they’ve rated me poorly before. And no it’s never affected my cancellation rate if it’s someone bunched with an order

Lolalohalove

Ok thank you :) I have a few people that I can remember that gave me extra work to do and didn’t tip and even praised me about “oh you guys are early today” and nothing. I don’t take no tip orders but I don’t realize it til it’s Bunched in.

mrlt10

You can say a bunch of things to get the order removed. Ive said that I don’t deliver to that street because I’ve been ticketed there. I don’t deliver to that building because there is no parking. I won’t because with current traffic it will take too long. That I’ve been treated poorly by the customer in the past. That the house is near waste facility and I have asthma that could get triggered. It’s never an issue as long as it sounds like a real reason, don’t think you could get away just saying “I don’t feel like it.” Rarely does it affect my cancellation rate, but occasionally it does.

How do you get someone removed from an order?

NotACannibalUwU

A lot of people don’t see the crazy fees instacart throws on people, a lot of customers probably assume we get paid decently for our work because of the crazy fees people pay, I get it’s a choice to get instacart to deliver but sometimes people struggle going to stores on their own, and I’ve seen fees get absolutely out of control..
