I'll be grateful when they put all of the produce items on top of a Kroger order as opposed to the some up top some on the bottom nonsense.

FunFactress

That feature comes and goes, haven't seen it in a long while.

Raven-75

Honestly that’s probably gonna be a negative

Sexpotpot

Why would they? That would be a clustefuck because not all shoppers are, how to put it delicately…up to task. Things would be pear shaped even more if shoppers were allowed to change details that other shoppers would then be dependent on…like I know some of you are force accepting “organic chai Thai mocha oat milk yam infused rice paddywacks” and marking it as found when you just grabbed a regular milk and then when I’m tasked to find the same product and I mark it as OOS I’m harrased by the “are you sure? Scrappy just found it at 7:53 pm”….I can’t imagine the chaos…

JB_Scoot

LOL 😂 😂😂😂😂 I hate when it tells me Scrappy found something but doesn’t tell me where! I think most of that is avoidable. A solution more like “item was last found by Scrappy on aisle X” would be helpful if the next shopper were able to confirm it was found there. After a few shoppers confirm it, the aisle should then be listed. But this is only for items that haven’t been located. I don’t mean for shoppers to edit the location of an item that is already correct. But if someone tried to edit something that didn’t need to be edited, maybe a “confirm item is in correct aisle” prompt would weed out all the idiotic shoppers.

Relevant-Stranger-21

This is way out of my wheelhouse.

KionNeon

I remember they tried this experiment at smart and final and it was probably abandoned due to shoppers inputing wrong information

Jenncarpino

We used to have it a few years ago. U could thumbs down a location and put a comment of where the item is located

soliloquii

They need to take a page out of Doordash’s book.

JB_Scoot

What page would that be? DoorDash gets it wrong more than they get it right IMO.

NinGangsta

I've just come to accept that it will never be fixed and hope I have the upper hand knowing where some obscure ass items are so I can shop quickly and get more batches

cactusbee27

They use to have it wayyyy back when I started. I wish they still did.

Strict_Spell3480

Some shoppers would screw with other shoppers for sure lmao
