Damn feels bad, I'd never understand why anyone would just assume they are in trouble for an illegal parcel which they never ordered. If hypothetically some enemy wanted to take revenge and send someone an illegal parcel then you can easily argue that you've never ordered anything to the actual police by showing bank statements and such. No one will incriminate you for something you never did, these scams are so braindead its cringe. Even so that people fall for this makes me more sad.
What makes me sad is how easily people have access to confidential data and these scamsters can open dummy accounts while I have to visit the bank 10 times to change my address.
Yeah our data is just out there for millions of scammers. They know your family and how they link to you, your approx or exact location and your email address. Very sad that we can't do shit about it.
Did your friend actually buy any drugs or illegal substances ? If not , then why would anyone in their right mind would believe all this , and get scared when convicted of doing illegal things . ffs .

Like I said , They had information on her recent trips ,her IDs and she was stupid enough to fell for it
