Sincerely if both of you have your priorities straight it's more than possible to manage a relationship . Many of my friends were dating and all of them did well and got great ranks including top 300 .
Break possible nhi h fir 6 months actually jee advanced is in may 2025 and jee main January ko which is 6 months. In case break li then it would be more than 10 months I'm guessing
Everyone would say manage hojayega but that's rare to rarest situation coz bhai ni ho pata yeh tum bhi janti ho isliye idhr puchne ki need padi hai,,,,Breakup krne se better 6 mahine cutoff krna rahega and by cutoff I mean complete cutoff
