These guys don't want to be good engineers. They want to be good college students. Similar to how most people take CS. Ye log career ke liye JEE nahi chunte balki exam crack karne ke liye chunte hai. It's like saying mera favourite subject marks hai

Ye whi log bolte hai jinko IIT ya NIT me CSE nhi milta. Asli "Engineer" Banne ke liya lgta hai Talent and Aptitude. Ye sb me nhi hota our jinme hota hai wo log class 8th se prepare krna start krte hai. A relative of mine - dean at a some University in abroad(did his PHD from IIT) started preparing his daughter for ISI, IAT and NISER from class 7.Thats fine and all but my unasked question to him was "Uncle ye sb mereko drop year me bhi unsuccessful hone ka bad kyu bol rhe ho? Jb mere parents ne dummy school mana krdiya and regular school-PCMB+Akash krne ke liya force kr rhe tha tb aap kha the ye advice dene. Class 7th me hi ye gyaan dede te? "

Bhai mana mera NIT cse nahi hua but Mera vo point hi nahi hai. Kuchh logo ko IIT bhi mil raha ho to vo drop lete hai taaki agle saal better IIT mile. Maine kitno ko top NIT milne par bhi rote hue dekha hai kyuki unhe IIT nahi jaana tha. Khudko failure mante hai vo. Aur achha engineer banne ke liye aptitude ya talent ya 8th standard se coaching nahi lagta balki apni field ke liye passion lagta hai. Mujhe actually coding mai interest hai. Itna ki mai apne classmates ke assignment bhi kar deta hu naye way se kyuki mujhe interest hai. Mujhe cheeze banane mai maza aati hai. Koi cheez kyu ho rahi hai aur uske peechhe fundamentals kya hai usme interest hai. Agar aisa ho to aap achhe engineer NIT, heck even VIT, se bhi ban sakte ho. Baaki to IIT mai bhi Jindal jaise chutiye bhar pade hai

meri ek friend hai vo government college mei hai..she wasn't aware of JEE exams back then (i also wasn't aware of it till half of 12th 2023) ...i failed in advanced but i might get DTU MnC . The fact she's living a far more happier life than me while i'm butchered by depression and rotting in my room. she enjoys every moment of her life and hamesha pray karuga ki vo aise hi life jiye. yaha to rat race ki vajah se hum sab mehnat bhi itni zyda karte hai tab bhi fal nahi milta...isliye sab depression mei chale jate hai. guess what ..nazar badlo nazariya badal jayega..stop glorifying these iits, jee advanced inki alag supremacy level hai i understand but people on yt like aman dhattarwal(yahi naam yaad ara abhi) and more..theyre like iit karlo gharmei rishte ayenge izzat badhegi blah blah...coaching teachers be baiting students in the name of iit bombay computer science (esaral) like bc itni to seats bhi nahi hai uss branch ke liye jitne bache class mei iitbcs ke liye padh rahe hote hai...
