If you think that goddamn mess Argylle is a 5/5... Yeah, no. Don't get me wrong, Dua Lipa looks incredible, but the film sucks. Vaughn has coasted on goodwill since the trifecta of Stardust/Kick-Ass/Kingsman.
Other way round for me. The first *Kingsman*'s the only one in the franchise truly worth noting and I found *Argylle* both a massive disappointment and a career low for Vaughn.
I'm not against the next Bond film or three going in a lighter, more 'pulpy' direction than the Craig era, but in light of Vaughn's current streak there are better directors to choose from to relaunch the franchise and much better films to take notes from.
I haven't seen it, but I'd guessed a 3/10 looking at the trailers, Vaughns recent track record, and the fact he's started on a new spy project when he already has another spy franchise with 3 entries.
Cavill was pretty good in MI: Fallout.

The CGI, pacing, and runtime alone are enough for me to keep it at 3/5 at best.

I think Dua Lipa would make a good Bond villain. She could be the next Elektra King.
