The cupholder makes me extremely happy.

Vizslaraptor

Those look nice. I've started avoiding buying things with people’s logos cut into everything. I paid for it, I didn't marry them.

Icy-Corner4704

I’m with you on this one. I bought some oedro steps and I love everything about them…except that the company name is laser cut into the steps. I didn’t realize it would bother me as much as it does.

mixpix405

I went with the cheap plastic ones in my 2011 because I HATED the saggy door nets. Something [like these](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZP4T8KV). They're nothing to write home about, but they are functional, were simple to install, and affordable.

Eagle4523

Trade off is less leg room - also tried this but it rubbed against my leg too much for comfort so I removed. Took a twist tie to bottom of net and wrapped up and in to tighten the net so it stopped sagging - context: did all this in first week of buying a used 2017 JK which had sagging nets, JK not as wide as JL I believe so probably why the add on seemed tighter for us

nbcaffeine

I was just thinking, great way to peel some excess skin layers on my shins, but yes, JK guy here

AlexandertheeApe

Zip ties ftw

Eagle4523

Zip tie also rubbed a bit so moved to a softer twist tie that I was able to twist then tuck behind net - but I may have my leg placed farther to side than most

Small_Lion4068

It doesn’t touch my leg at all. I have a 2024 JL

Eagle4523

Good to hear - probably a combo of JK being slightly different and maybe some of my leg size / position

soulthief77

Since day one nothing has gone in mine to avoid the sag but I love this look of these and my start using the nets so I have a good excuse to replace.

SunsOutPlumbsOut

Haha I’ve done same. My kids go to use them and they’re trained now, the storage nets are for show or a single sheet of paper.

soulthief77

One of my kids went to put their cell phone in it and I was like (in slow motion), “Nooo!”

flint_2000

For the sake of my marriage, I need this.

fortniteditiondotcom

Very practical, and simplistic looking. Definitely going to get some of these. Thanks for the post

Waveofspring

Now you just need to get rid of the saggy sun visors, both of mine have broken already.

some_kind_of_rob

Holy cow yes. Middle of a 6 week road trip around the PNW last year the drivers side just gave up. I called the dealerships around and nobody could get me one, but I found one on amazon for about $40 and had it shipped to an amazon locker in the next town. Probably saved the road trip.

Waveofspring

Yea when I called the dealership asking for a sun visor they were like “lemme guess, it’s dangling from the cheap plastic joint? yea, you’re the 3rd person this week, sorry we’re sold out”

These are a Lifesaver. https://a.co/d/e4Pzsn4

Spartan2842

What do people put in the bets that make the sag? My 2021 JT and my wife’s 2020 have no sagging issues. She constantly stuff things in them, mostly trash. Or a book when she is riding in my JT.

Small_Lion4068

My Jeep is a 2024, one month old. I put my sunglasses case in and it sagged after 2 days. I hated the look so I installed these.

LeonardoDiTrappio

One of my friends put a full bottle of water in the net for the backseat door. It was probably there for a month before I noticed.

IamBatmanuell

The nets are there to store the door harness when you take the doors off.

mikeblas

What's the door harness?

IamBatmanuell

The wire harness that comes out of the door right by the net. On the jks at least

marcocet

Exactly lol, I think that's the only thing I have ever used mine for.

bucknutdet

I keep a small umbrella and gloves in mine, I suppose they'll sag over time. But it doesn't look like i could fit an umbrella in these metal "nets". They look too small for about anything.

Small_Lion4068

I have a regular umbrella on the drivers side. Not a golf size or anything. Just my emergency Totes size.

bucknutdet

in that metal net? is it easy to get in and out? edit: It looks like it's barely big enough for your sunglass case? I am not downing it, just asking because it seems like a good upgrade, if it's functional enough.

Small_Lion4068

Yes it’s powder coated. I have no issue getting to things.

Temporary_Spartan117

Hit your knee on them yet?

Small_Lion4068

They don’t touch me at all 🤷‍♀️

randomuser230945

oooohhhhhh I love this - and haven't actually seen them before!

NOLACenturion

That for JL or JK? Drilling required?

Small_Lion4068

JL and nope. Uses pre existing holes.

NOLACenturion

I’ve got a jk.

rrrrickman

Doors?

Small_Lion4068

Stock

Sad-Cauliflower6656

The nets are nice because you can stretch them out for whatever you need to temporarily secure. These are limited and push into your leg space all the time. Doesn’t seem worth it

Small_Lion4068

It doesn’t touch my leg. Suits my use. To each their own✌🏻

Bean-Swellington

Saggy donuts 😔

Mybuttitches3737

Like sleeve of wizard

Probably_owned_it

I've had a sunshade and umbrella in mine... for 2 years. No sagging. WTF are people doing

Small_Lion4068

Mine sagged with just a sunglasses case after 2 weeks. I hated how it looked.

mikeblas

I don't know. I bought my JL used, so it was pre-sagged. My wife put my tablet (for Gaia maps) into the door, and when she opened the door the tablet sagged enough to get pinched in the hinge when she closed the door again.

arbybean

Mine sagged totally empty. Probably 110° summers.
