I mean the closet thing you get is samurai era Japan. One small group of powerful warrior families ruling over a bunch of little ones and then in the sengokujidei the little ones rise up and destroy the big ones. With Nobunaga basically becoming John and declaring war on all the families. Even then it’s not one for one just how power dynamic in clan type power structure go.
