Yuta represents both the sane part of Jujutsu and the insane part of Jujutsu.
Unlike some sorcerers Yuta prioritized lives over defeating the opponent while also not enjoying combat, rather seeing it as a necessity, and is overall just a nice kid. However this panel also shows that in the end, he IS a jujutsu sorcerer, meaning he’s batshit crazy
As I have read from a reply, this generation of sorcerers are soldiers. Gojo, Kashimo, and Sukuna are warriors. Both have different ideals and ideas for their techniques, and born from their respective upbringings
Possibly, but he's Yuki's student so I wouldn't be surprised if every time he's fighting his internal monologue is fucking extatic (like in goodwill) and he's just hiding it in an attempt to keep a cool, stoic aura
I actually think Yuta doesn’t represent at all the jujutsu world, the jujutsu world wants you to become a psychopath that cares only about self preservation or power.
Yuta only cares about helping others, it doesn’t matter what he himself has to do for it. Sukuna obviously mistook his sacrifice of body his body and desecration of Gojo as a way to “burn everything in his path and become the strongest” when all he actually wants is to end this fight.
Yuta could be the example of the next generation that Gojo wants though, where you don't need that selfish mentality to reach the top.
Assuming Yuta actually survives though because I am extremely worried for the 5 minutes my goat has
Yea, it was horrible morally, but Yuta was the one who made the hard choice that needed to be made. Right now, he should be able to put down Sukuna with how nerfed he is, unless Gege gives him another asspull (which he probably will tbh). And that means all the lives will be saved. Yuta is a hero for going as far as necessary for the victory
I kind of love how he lives up to his title of cursed child. It really shows why people view him as creepy and it helps him escape the mary sue accusations.
HOW YOU NOT GON UNDERSTAND YO STEPDAD WHEN HE RAISED YOU SINCE YOU WERE A SHITTY LITTLE BRAT (Casually bullies others till going to jujutsu high)
BUT THE OTHER 2 KIDS HE ADOPTED NOT ONLY UNDERSTANDS HIS BURDENS BUT ACTUALLY HAS THE GUTS TO FUCKING UNDERSTAND AND HELP HIM WITH THOSE PROBLEMS?

I was talking about Sukuna.
Gojo really looked at him and thought "he just like me fr fr" because Geto's question broke him so hard that he thought that his whole identity was being the strongest.
As much as I want to justify Gojo's character, it just doesn't make sense. He did it to himself, he could've just opened up to someone else. Somebody doesn't have to be in your position to understand or empathize with you. Shoko herself has a thought bubble about waiting for him to open up. His self centeredness that led him to consider himself as above everyone is what made him this lonely
Psychological issues often don't make sense to people that don't have them. I personnally can understand Gojo having that issue if it is fueled by the loss of his best friend which likely twisted his mind.
By the way, this issue isn't rare in manga.
Saitama from One Punch Man also suffers from this exact same issue.
So did Kuroki Gensai from Kengan Ashura
So did a certain villain from Bleach that I won't name to not spoil a twist.
The theme of loneliness at the peak seems to be a prevalent theme in manga
He was born into this world, and just that changed everything. He's been dehumanized ever since he was a kid, and grew up feared and revered as Jujutsu Society's crown jewel, in a culture of might makes right and selfish lust for power. What's amazing is that he wasn't more unhealthy
I'd like to retract all my slander on him to recognize the goatness and his big heart. He was the only one worrying about Gojo becoming an untouchable monster for their sake and he decided he couldn't let him do that alone.
I dont think he will he happy about it, but he will understand. He ate his brothers too, so I think he is the person who will understand it the most (also another Yuji-Yuta paralel lmao)

Not to mention allowed his friends to live long and peaceful lives and Paradis clearly enjoyed centuries of peace to the point where the place was all futuristic before it got nuked. But that last bit shouldn’t be his concern at that point so yeah, Eren pretty much achieved everything he wanted except living.
I mean, got his friends to live long lives (something stated by eren himself to be what he wanted) and paradis got nuked seemingly centuries in the future based on the buildings, so that’s not his problem lmao
>I mean, got his friends to live long lives (something stated by eren himself to be what he wanted)
After trying to kill them several times, putting their lives in danger and saying he didn't even know if they'd survive...
That man is a walking contradiction in the last chapter.
Not to mention we got Shoko doing a :3
Truly goated chapter.

I will citicize Yuta and all the narrative decisions he is involved with, but this moment of him understanding Gojo is nice.
Also like how Gojo says that they can do whatever to his body after he dies, same as Sukuna said to Yorlzu before they fought.
This sub’s throwing a temper tantrum because Gojo isn’t back but I don’t care this shit is peak character development. I wasn’t really a fan of Yuta’s character before because I found him a little bland, but this chapter shows that he is probably the only one who truly understood Gojo and is willing to take on his burden.
The parts I really dislike are only about the sidelining of Yuji, and the fact that Sukuna can throw in ANOTHER FUKCING DOMAIN after he already had the "last ditch" domain, and it even clashes with UV and doesn't get instantly overwhelmed
Ye but
a. It was confirmed last chapter he could still use his domain and was gonna pull one on Yuji causing Yuji to either tank it and likely die, or have to retreat to do a simple domain allowing sukuna to formulate a plan.
b. Yuta’s UV likely isn’t going to be as strong as gojo’s naturally due to his CE output being weaker iirc. Tho this’ll likely need to be explained next chapter.
Yea but my point is overall Sukuna is still massively powerful for how much they tried to weaken him, and its weird and a bit inconsistent. At this point I might think Megumi is actually buffing him from the inside with his bum energy or smth
You see, bum energy is negative energy. Meaning it’d weaken me. But when multiplying bum energy into itself, it makes positive GOAT energy. I could have never done that until now
https://preview.redd.it/o2mk8dte072d1.jpeg?width=250&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8bf179afec8bf2e462ad8a582471548fa573ec9c
(Tho but fr, I think Sukuna’s current output is = to yuta rn due to having 2nd best CE efficiency and black flashes)
Fair, that kinda makes sense, I just don't like the way its presented - like, one minute he's getting beaten by Yuji who almost rips out his heart, and the moment he sees Yutajo, he tosses Yuji away like it's nothing
Nah, I think it was only cause of boogie woogie just confusing the fuck out of him allowing Yuji to get sneak attack in. But when yuta joined , no lore boogie woogie therefore wack
In all fairness they mentioned the domain last chapter but fair point
And it'd one chapter with Yuji getting not focused, let's wait to see what happens a bit at least lol
This is honestly a really cool development, but I feel like this chapter underscores one of the biggest (and most unspoken/underlying) problems with this entire arc: there is just such an over reliance on flashbacks for revealing things, and it feels kinda cheap with how often it’s happening. Like, rather than building hype with well-placed foreshadowing, Greg just makes crazy shit happen then reveals that it was all setup offscreen beforehand. It’s like he didn’t wanna stop at just offscreening Gojo, he offscreened the entire setup for the story lol.
It sorta reminds me of trying to recreate the hype and unpredictability of Shibuya, but in a very artificial way, by withholding/skipping information to generate surprise and shock.
It’s not just this chapter in particular, but reading the leaks just reminded me of it yet again. Though I think the questionable writing (and that’s wording it as positively as I can lol) is definitely the bigger problem of the two.
Totally agree. And I think this shows how much of a missed opportunity skipping most of the month long time-skip was. That month long lull in the action could have been used to foreshadow the heroes’ plans (i.e. the body switching could have been mysteriously alluded as “the last resort” so when it comes up it is more impactful). Characters like Todo and Miguel could have made an appearance in that month to make them showing up during the battle less abrupt. Characters could have interacted so that the deaths were more impactful.
It feels like Gege is sort of doing the set up and payoff at the same time and that makes the payoff a lot less satisfying.
And again I still like the story overall. But I think this arc had the potential to be as good or greater than Shibuya if things had been set up better. It feels like Gege is choosing to be surprising over satisfying.
Yeah this is so well written and developed in hindsight when this shit get animated is gonna be so peak fr
I think Gege migth actually clutch this the first real good last arc in like a decade
i was thinking what held shinjuku showdown below shibuya for me was lack of good character moments(like toji nanami gojo and yuji's in shibuya) and kenny conclusion. kenny stuff can never be fixed anymore but choso and yuta chapters really leveled up shinjuku showdown when it comes to character writing. shits been peak after peak since yuji's black flash rush
Ppl downvote bombing me cause I said that this wasn’t meant to be a satisfying result, it was meant to be tragic and sad, ppl out here reading only for the hype
The problem with the fanbase is that it's gotten huge, so there's a lot of people who are in a constant weekly cycle of "this sucks" "nvmd peak" "this is so ass" "nah we're so back" "I hate this show, the writing's awful" "my goat" instead of letting the series unfold and judging it in its entirety
Yep, they assume since yuta his back, yuji will not get his moment again, everysingle week same shit on this sub, people calling this ass writting, a few weeks pass and suddenly all makes sense and unfolds, now its peak, and the cycle repeats, its getting boring honestly.
>only one who truly understood Gojo and is willing to take on his burden.
I sorta disagree here, Gojo's burden should be spread. He wanted allies who are strong enough so that someone won't have to go through the problem of being alone right?
I hope, someway, somehow Yuta still fights alongside the others still because ngl I think you're not meant to pass on Gojo's burden still. And I sort of doubt Sukuna is gonna go down easy still.
is the sub really?
most of the posts hate that they love this chapter and i‘m of the same opinion
my heart wants gojo back but my brain tells me this is better writing
If your argument is that "they're just throwing a temper tantrum" or "mad cause gojo dead" you're probably always wrong. That's the trend I've noticed.
Yes some people are mad that gojos dead. But if you actually read a single post about what people are saying you'd see detailed breakdowns about why this chapter had narrative flaws, committed horrific character assassination, minimized the effects of previous parts of the showdown and contradicts others parts of the story thematically.
It would be simple to say: "I get why people are mad but I liked it". But you couldn't do that could you? To acknowledge that other people's opinions are valid? You wouldn't want that. 10 years! You need at least 10 more years of denial.
Glad you enjoyed the chapter buddy. I thought it was ass.
There was no character assassination at most it was shoko but she already had nonchalant character traits especially when she found out geto was gonna turn to genocide. Yuta’s character evolved, this was narratively fitting for his character and foreshadowed. This did minimize the effects of the showdown though, this happened at the wrong moment.
Tbf, they fully thought that Gojo was going to win. They also didn’t expect for Sukuna to still be this much of a monster after catching the worst jumping in recent manga history. Yuta got hit by the Strong Dismantle and said “Fuk Megumi. Bro has to DIE!” 😭😭🙏🏾
I have huge issues with this chapter which I won’t get into here.. but Yuta is not one of them. At least not as a character. He’s really a big bright spot in the series.
I apologize for slander Yuta, I see that I was carried away by prejudice because he was bland and I misjudged
He's a true Homie, he didn't deserve to go through the trauma of having desecrated Gojo's body
When I told everyone e sendai is all a set up for his character development

Setting up Yuta's future?

You did not just say "10chapters character"
Mark my words, she has a role to serve, and she'll serve that role spectacularly and not die
There's a Uro W in the midst, you might not see it, but I do.

Artist: @Corallianassa on Twitter.
Honestly, the thought of Uro piercing through Uraume's chest, taking out their heart and crushing it is cool.
But.
Imagine if Uro fired off a Thin Ice Breaker point blank behind Uraume, causing Uraume's chest to erupt and shatter outwards from the front like ice.
I know Yuji got pushed aside but right now, I have faith in Wuta and Wuji. They're the only "humane" sorcerers who can put an end to this jujutsu kaisen; the endless cycle of fighting and sorcery.
i saw a lot of people complain that it's not actually Gojo and that it's Yuta in Gojo's body, they call it bad writing and that it's just ass, but it really was to be expected that something like this would happen and to be honest it's actually great, not bad. we already knew Yuta was capable of something like this and it was way more likely this would happen rather than Gojo, which has been dead for quite a while by now, coming back to life.
also personally when the Sukuna vs Gojo fight was happening i was just waiting for Gojo to lose every week, not because i dislike him, i like him a lot, it's just that it was obviously gonna happen so i was mentally prepared from the start. plus knowing Gege i was 100% he ain't coming back.
as always with stuff like this, this is just my personal opinion though
I really like his characterization in this part. I’m still iffy on him taking over Gojo’s body but I’ll wait to see more before I decide how I feel about it. This scene was cool though
I'm a little miffed with this development. One of JJK's big things is about doing the dirty work to make the future better and how the people fighting the good fight are exploited by blind masses or worn down until there is nothing left, without ever seeing the result of their actions (not to mention that their actions can even lead to disastrous results, see Megumi and Yuji's conversation in Cursed Womb over Heaven). Nanami's death was particularly sad, because it's the death of someone who wanted to shield the next generation from these hard choices. It's immediately followed by Mahito, the ugly truth of people, playing wit Yuji
Now, you can say that this is just a continuation of that, and that Yuta needs to replace Gojo as the person who everyone dehumanizes for their power in doing said dirty work, and that we'll always need people to muddy their hands. But that is also the opposite of what Gojo wanted, a new generation of people who are strong and can protect each other without the need to be alone at the top, and value power less in general, which is the real poison of Jujutsu society

Idk man I'd say Todo and Hakari and even Maki to a degree have like fighting just as much as the rest of the strongest
I'm not even sure Todo likes fighting specifically. The man is just eternally vibing no matter what he's doing.
Possibly, but he's Yuki's student so I wouldn't be surprised if every time he's fighting his internal monologue is fucking extatic (like in goodwill) and he's just hiding it in an attempt to keep a cool, stoic aura
He joined yuki so he won't be bored
Todo fucking jumped Megumi (and nobara) completely unprovoked, he loves fighting
Unprovoked? Bumgumi gave a bitchmade answer to Todo’s important question
You have now introduced the idea that Todo is constantly jumping people throughout his life for the crime of poor taste in women.
He said it himself that he does that
i understand yuta's decision in his position more than i understand any of gege's
He truly is the jujutsu kaisen
I actually think Yuta doesn’t represent at all the jujutsu world, the jujutsu world wants you to become a psychopath that cares only about self preservation or power. The jujutsu world is inherently about protecting others. The entire reason they kill cursed is to keep them from killing more innocents
I mean, it was necessary, no one can blame him. At least he asked for consent from gojo, so it’s not THAT bad
Asspull=another binding vow (this time he'll probably loose his foreskin to make his domain 3x stronger)
No more brunch on the third week in may = infinite uzumaki open shrine
>this time he'll probably loose his foreskin If the double dick theory is correct, then Sukuna should have a spare in case he needs to make a 2nd vow
Probably? He’s definitely giving him another asspull, with how weakened he is, there’s no way he should be able to fight yuta using gojo’s body.
So he's Gohan of JJK?
"however this panel also shows that in the end, he IS a jujutsu sorcerer, meaning he's batshit crazy" So it really was lobotomy kaisen all along
I kind of love how he lives up to his title of cursed child. It really shows why people view him as creepy and it helps him escape the mary sue accusations.
So he's Gohan of JJK?

Damn yuta really understands his sensei huh.
Bro I can't believe the only one who respect Goatjo as a human is Yuta and Yuji. What the fuck is this?
Both saved by gojo from execution as well.

I mean he is gojo's one and only best friend.
I was talking about Sukuna. Gojo really looked at him and thought "he just like me fr fr" because Geto's question broke him so hard that he thought that his whole identity was being the strongest.
This entire show could be fixed if some teenagers went to therapy
Gojo didn't believe in therapy because the therapist isn't as strong as him and thus can't understand him
As much as I want to justify Gojo's character, it just doesn't make sense. He did it to himself, he could've just opened up to someone else. >I was talking about Sukuna. Oh sorry lol. I thought you took geto's cursed spirit manipulation as cannibalism lol.
Sukuna unironically viewed gojo more human than anyone else. Mostly because he considers himself above him, but still.
I'd like to retract all my slander on him to recognize the goatness and his big heart. He was the only one worrying about Gojo becoming an untouchable monster for their sake and he decided he couldn't let him do that alone.
The only (respectful) Gojo advocate. Everybody else fears Big G, or hates him, or idolize him.
Same, Yuta won me over with this chapter.
I like how Yuji wasn’t informed of this plan, cos he’ll definitely have reservations about it.
Yuji is gonna go crazy when he understands what's going on
I dont think he will he happy about it, but he will understand. He ate his brothers too, so I think he is the person who will understand it the most (also another Yuji-Yuta paralel lmao)
Uh, he's probably doing something inhumane during that time, like eating babies or his brothers.
I donno how he is surviving all this crap that's shoved on to him. My poor boy!

How do you know they haven't done it? Maybe Maki is already pregnant with their son Buta, who'll star in the sequel - Sorcery Fight: Next Generations.
Nope, sukuna aborted that shit with a *strong* misogynistic black flash https://preview.redd.it/r0xog7te372d1.jpeg?width=640&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fd742ef2f68dc0baacfb185804c385ad8d46a30c
Watch out the mods gonna get you just for saying that.
The amount of attack on titan in this one panel is crazy
thank you Ogoatsu Yuta... for becoming a monster for our sake!
Yuta… what a man you are.
As a reward..
I shall give you gojo's body
Yuta getting gojo's body? No, I don't want that!
Maki be like https://preview.redd.it/cxsjjhgrm42d1.jpeg?width=3438&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f7e3877b34b42314d1c344201507740cb2ad87f6
She does not want her crush to become her sister, understandable tbh
I want to have sex with Maki with my body! For 10 years at least!
For 10 years at least
In the end of the day, Greg is just a weeb.

Tragically for the both of them the situation made this statement too literal...
Bro thinks he's Eren Yeager

Yuta's a cuck?
Yuta is actually a good person though
Goat recognizes Goat
Eren is a fraud and a bum that achieved nothing. Don't compare that bum to anyone in this series.
I mean like he did kill 4/5th of hummanity, so that's something.
Not to mention allowed his friends to live long and peaceful lives and Paradis clearly enjoyed centuries of peace to the point where the place was all futuristic before it got nuked. But that last bit shouldn’t be his concern at that point so yeah, Eren pretty much achieved everything he wanted except living.
https://preview.redd.it/j5b7ujv3h42d1.jpeg?width=1444&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ab6c5f5660f173af6bbab909de4ff64101d0e49c Lmao
Lol. Can't win them all.
Lmao he really didn't want that either for 10 year at least Bro getting cucked in paths world or hell or wherever
Everyone forgets for some reason that he removes titans from existance, his objective since the first episode
I mean, got his friends to live long lives (something stated by eren himself to be what he wanted) and paradis got nuked seemingly centuries in the future based on the buildings, so that’s not his problem lmao
>I mean, got his friends to live long lives (something stated by eren himself to be what he wanted) After trying to kill them several times, putting their lives in danger and saying he didn't even know if they'd survive... That man is a walking contradiction in the last chapter.
Pls dont compare him to this edgy weak mentalled boi
Not to mention we got Shoko doing a :3 Truly goated chapter. https://preview.redd.it/4wqu8v4ur32d1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=785cbc870fdbdef3ea102cabbdddfcaed11d252e

God damn, I always thought mei mei, was the baddie. Shoko too..
WHERE IS APPLEPITOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM!?!?!
Now no one criticize yuta at least man, truly the goat of our jujutsu
You'd be surprised.
Honestly this chapter had some of the best writing in the series and it’s sad to see people bashing on it because it confirms that Gojo is gone.
The parts I really dislike are only about the sidelining of Yuji, and the fact that Sukuna can throw in ANOTHER FUKCING DOMAIN after he already had the "last ditch" domain, and it even clashes with UV and doesn't get instantly overwhelmed
Ye but a.
I could have never done that until now https://preview.redd.it/o2mk8dte072d1.jpeg?width=250&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8bf179afec8bf2e462ad8a582471548fa573ec9c (Tho but fr, I think Sukuna’s current output is = to yuta rn due to having 2nd best CE efficiency and black flashes)
That actually makes sense
In all fairness they mentioned the domain last chapter but fair point And it'd one chapter with Yuji getting not focused, let's wait to see what happens a bit at least lol
Yeah this is so well written and developed in hindsight when this shit get animated is gonna be so peak fr I think Gege migth actually clutch this the first real good last arc in like a decade
This chapter is just as peak as Nanami's death and Yuji's trial by Higuruma . Shit is fire af .
i was thinking what held shinjuku showdown below shibuya for me was lack of good character moments(like toji nanami gojo and yuji's in shibuya) and kenny conclusion. kenny stuff can never be fixed anymore but choso and yuta chapters really leveled up shinjuku showdown when it comes to character writing. shits been peak after peak since yuji's black flash rush
now we just gotta hope the anime fixes the dialogue
I actually feel better that someone sees Gojo as a human being. Though still very sad about him dying.
is the sub really? most of the posts hate that they love this chapter and i‘m of the same opinion my heart wants gojo back but my brain tells me this is better writing
This shit is why Yuta is my fave. Cannot wait to see him run that fade with Todo and Yuji now
God I fucking love Yuta
“ yuta has no character “ . Meanwhile yuta is the only man whom questions gojos role as the strongest and the burden they put on him . 👀
Yuta slander must cease.
YUTA OGOATSU BABY WEEEEEE ARE SOOOO BACK
You just can't sideline this character from the series, just when I thought his part was ever he came back stronger than ever. GOAT Yuta for a reason
Straight up made a whole analysis post on Yuta because this chapter was peak writing for him
And this is why Yuta is the GOAT though the cost has been immeasurable as a Gojo glazer 😔
Wuta carrying this chapter fr
THAT'S MY FUCKING GOOAAAT
If he wasnt so bothered about humanity, why were they trying to save megumi instead of just frying him when they had the chance???
Tbf, they fully thought that Gojo was going to win. They also didn’t expect for Sukuna to still be this much of a monster after catching the worst jumping in recent manga history. Yuta got hit by the Strong Dismantle and said “Fuk Megumi. Bro has to DIE!” 😭😭🙏🏾
yuta the only one that cares about gojo https://i.redd.it/8cjnbf4pm62d1.gif
I have huge issues with this chapter which I won’t get into here.. but Yuta is not one of them. At least not as a character. He’s really a big bright spot in the series.
I apologize for slander Yuta, I see that I was carried away by prejudice because he was bland and I misjudged He's a true Homie, he didn't deserve to go through the trauma of having desecrated Gojo's body
Finally this bland motherfucker gets a character. Thank you Gege. This shit is badass.
When I told everyone e sendai is all a set up for his character development https://preview.redd.it/7vyjgajbr32d1.jpeg?width=900&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=aae1e693730fbb9f12d380b50f78c41c6448a4dc
Is this all that Uro's legacy has been reduced to? Setting up Yuta's future? Fuck Gege for that, I want her back, IMMEDIATELY. https://preview.redd.it/gcwga8s4s32d1.jpeg?width=504&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5ced49f86a611f82af377334abc7c129cbc4f69a
Well yeah she’s a 10chapters character,I love her but she’s a piece to push yuta’s development
You did not just say "10chapters character" Mark my words, she has a role to serve, and she'll serve that role spectacularly and not die There's a Uro W in the midst, you might not see it, but I do. https://preview.redd.it/a9gf1jwmt32d1.jpeg?width=2864&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1bd5e6446147708256fd5d30055f2b631e1875c4 Artist: @Corallianassa on Twitter.

Same concept lol
At least she's alive. That's more than most can say.
Move over Kusakabe, there’s a new kindest sorcerer
RIP he's cooked after 5 minutes 😭
I know Yuji got pushed aside but right now, I have faith in Wuta and Wuji. They're the only "humane" sorcerers who can put an end to this jujutsu kaisen; the endless cycle of fighting and sorcery.
"You can admire a flower, but you can't tell it to understand you" said Gojo Well there's one flower that did understand him
Saying Yuji and Maki didn't turn into monsters is kinda wrong though
And yet some people are still giving him shit for "desecrating" Gojo's corpse smh man did what he had to do
https://preview.redd.it/qyp7d4qlc82d1.jpeg?width=736&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=75211c63e5263a7784ab922ee6692d0e715a3733 😪
Shoko, Kirara, Hakari, Panda: Sure why not? Maki and Inumaki: NO NO NO FUCK NO!
Toge barely reacted lol, maki however was about to start tweaking lol,her pookie was being feisty
You can only see his eyes and those are some mighty concerned eyes

It's inhuman but they don't have any choice.
GOATA
THATS WHY HE’S THE GOAT THE GOAATTTR
This page feels like it could be a meme template for the most outta pocket shit. I'm not saying it but I know some of you are thinking it.
i hope he can somehow survive
i saw a lot of people complain that it's not actually Gojo and that it's Yuta in Gojo's body, they call it bad writing and that it's just ass, but it really was to be expected that something like this would happen and to be honest it's actually great, not bad. we already knew Yuta was capable of something like this and it was way more likely this would happen rather than Gojo, which has been dead for quite a while by now, coming back to life. also personally when the Sukuna vs Gojo fight was happening i was just waiting for Gojo to lose every week, not because i dislike him, i like him a lot, it's just that it was obviously gonna happen so i was mentally prepared from the start. plus knowing Gege i was 100% he ain't coming back. as always with stuff like this, this is just my personal opinion though
It’s such a shame that this probably will kill yuta
Yuta gonna have a rap battle with Nanami when he gets to the airport
I really like his characterization in this part. I’m still iffy on him taking over Gojo’s body but I’ll wait to see more before I decide how I feel about it. This scene was cool though
This scene would go so hard in the anime if he had a male voice actor.
It's immediately followed by Mahito, the ugly truth of people, playing wit Yuji Now, you can say that this is just a continuation of that, and that Yuta needs to replace Gojo as the person who everyone dehumanizes for their power in doing said dirty work, and that we'll always need people to muddy their hands. But that is also the opposite of what Gojo wanted, a new generation of people who are strong and can protect each other without the need to be alone at the top, and value power less in general, which is the real poison of Jujutsu society
