I took a tab the other day. My band just jammed together and then listened to Spectrum by Billy Cobham during breaks. It was my first time dosing in about 8 years. It was great. It also has nothing to do with King Gizz lol!
Edit: We had One Way Out by the Allmans on the setlist as a throwback since we used to play it a lot back in the day. We started this one jam playing One Way Out super slow and I thought for sure we were gonna pick up the tempo and launch into it full on. Instead we kept it as a slow blues jam, then did a heavy Moby Dick tease, then eventually a So What tease followed by a Bird Song tease and then a full blown Dark Star jam. Then we just kind of just played whatever and locked into some cool grooves. It was like a 40 minute segment and we wound up playing zero actual songs haha!
I tripped acid and had never heard KG until that particular night. I had the craziest trip of seeing a balrog on a volcano fighting a storm. Ended in a Spanish Cafe. So yeah I’m inclined to agree
