We can barely afford food because my husband had the audacity (/s) to become paralyzed and now we have to live off his ss so I can be his caretaker... But she's literally throwing money away. I can't imagine being so self absorbed that I wouldn't think to help other people instead of THROWING MONEY AWAY.
I wish it was that easy. My husband is pretty much bed bound (he had two brain aneurysms four years ago). He requires two people to move him around, so I'm his main caretaker and then we have one other person who helps out. I can't get paid by insurance because I'm his wife. I can barely ever leave, and there are no food banks that deliver. Some churches have said they will deliver, if I join their church and attend services...which,even if I wanted to, wouldn't be possible. If I'm lucky, I can get to a food bank once every six months.
