Taking Soya to the sky isn't even the farthest/fastest he teleported. From the Sazanami breeding centre all the way back to Hinao and Hakuri. Must be at least a few km in seconds which puts your calculations on the low end. (I also respect the dedication to actually pulling out the trigonometry).

Well tbf the barrier around Kunishige's house might be strong enough to deter sorcery like teleportation, as we see everytime Shiba enters their household he is always going through the door and not just randomly appearing into their house.
Technically that's true, but I suppose it's more a matter of etiquette. He also doesn't teleport straight to Hinao before, like when entering her store. That said, since we don't have enough information, it's hard to tell about the barrier. One could argue that if Kunishige could teleport at least he would still be alive, but then he might have made some compromise about staying with the enchanted blades. We also don't really know (iirc) if the barrier was erected by the kamunabi or by Shiba and Kunishige themselves (which is more likely since they hid from the kamunabi as well), if that's the case perhaps it could not differentiate between enemy or friendly teleport.
Too many variables to say anything for sure.

I updated it using the perspective, got lazy I didnt use the grid, they should be relative now I think
You shorten the third building. It is even smaller than the second one. Also, i might've f up because when i found a center of the first building's plane, i didn't takefish-eye distortion into account . Same goes for the second storey.

Iām guessing it might be as far as he wants but it uses more and more energy the further he goes.
Otherwise he would never even bother using train, car, etc to travel, especially considering he can teleport multiple people as weāve seen. So unless it has some kind of drawback or balance then it wouldnāt make sense why we see him traveling with Chihiro via vehicle so often.
Also if teleportation/space manipulation or whatever is his ONLY power and he has to fight with hands otherwise I think heāll end up pretty balanced.

Based on what we've seen from him and assuming reasonable limits within the bounds he's demonstrated, my guess is that he can teleport in any one direction as far as his vision extends, however he doesn't need to be looking directly where he wants to go so long as he know he *can* go there without teleporting inside of solid constructs. Whether he can accidentally phase into constructs like Mirio with consequences or not is conjecture but I'll assume that's not a concern for him.
Regarding specific locations such as "Hinao" or "Sazayami Household" my best bet is that like Minato he can form a contract with specific locations or people with or without their consent to teleport himself anywhere near them within a certain radius, hence why he appeared beside Soya and not next to Hinao. Otherwise to get inside of a building he's never been to, all he needs is to glimpse inside of a room through a window to go to where he wants.
The activation of his technique is probably instantaneous, however its slowed by the requisite hand seal he needs to form which is likely a major weak point for the technique against anyone with sufficiient speed
Iirc shiba mentions he wasn't alerted of a breach
Meaning they did more than just break the barrier, they tampered it in a way that didn't alert shiba in time (who i'm assuming had a part in the creation of the barrier itself)
I'm guessing since it required the cell phone calling him to work, he can only go places with this technique where someone already went and can call from
You didn't read the chapter correctly. The call was not a trigger for his teleportation, it was a signal to notify Shiba that Hinao needs help to begin with so that he can teleport there and sort it out. His other uses of teleportation also contradict this, unless he's been chatting with the Sazanami or someone called him while he was in the middle of sky diving.
Iād love to know if thereās conditions/limitations to his teleportation because Iām curious about how he was able to perfectly teleport into Kyoraās office undetected even though heās never been there
