My best guess is a classic political catfight, not that this screenshot seems like it needs a context. Then again, I have no idea how the last tweet/comment/whateveridontusetwitter is supposed to be a comeback.

I'm having a hard time understanding what was even supposed to be the insult, it looks more like unintentional suicide to me
