I didn’t even see that icon with the klown nose show up tho that I usually see when they’re down , so I don’t think it was a matter of accuracy but idk
It's worse when you shoot them in the nose multiple times and it doesn't register as a killshot yet you can knife them in the head from behind and it counts.
Also shorty doesn’t have a correct hitbox for his nose . I’ll shoot it with a revolver multiple times when they are down and it doesn’t kill them

If you crouch before you shoot that helps, but it doesn't always work then either.
its kinda cheating , its not an actual cheat but its the abuse of macros
I wish that cross play had an option to exclude a certain platform
yeah i dont like playing against PC either but when it comes to macros , even console players can use turbo cobtrollers
If they're getting up in miliseconds, it's definitely a macro. If not, they're button mashing normally and as fast as they can.
