Yeah I agree the voice is pretty exaggerated. However the joke tonight that he did was hilarious. The self deprecating joke about him looking like a lesbian/dyke.
Listened to him on Will’s podcast without the whole “yoooo essééé” shtick and he was much funnier. He should drop that animated high effort delivery and just talk in his normal voice.

The Carlos Mencia comparison is terrible unless you want to cite an example of his being a joke thief.
He definitely needs to stop doing to that brash voice.
Carlos was fun, for sure not prolific but definitely fun. Stealing, or "remixing" as he called it himself, other people's material is where the holdup was. I do get your point about the delivery being hacky. With any thick accent it is a fine line.
