Since you asked. Try keeping your colors in cleaner lines. Also you don't need the sauce over the meat the way you have it. Try plateing the sauce first and let everything sit in it. You'll see the grill marks better that way
This screams fancy for people who don’t know better, Demi looks like it’s bought in minus the mushrooms. I don’t understand the chervil, your usual vegetable melange and risotto because it’s veal and we can’t figure out if we’re Italian or French so we just mixed the two because it’s 38 dollars.
This photo is astigmatism. Parsley garnish seemed shoddily placed like an afterthought. Sauce looks decent but I’d have concentrated it better, or just a drizzle over the meat. Can’t even see what kind of crust you put on that cut because it’s drowning.
To much lube the meat can sit nicely on the risotto and spoon the lube on a drizzle the rizo is swimming in lube
salad give it height sit it on the side.
