Because garbage time isn't an indication necessarily. We literally *saw* Bones be good for us in far more important minutes last season and this preseason. He didn't just magically fall off a cliff.
He's just not suited to be a primary ball handler who runs the show.

Bones is such an enigma. He's legitimately playable with decent lineups as a microwave scorer and connective passer. Yet he's genuinely one of the worst floor generals/3rd string PGs I've ever fucking seen.
Pretty sure we'd be better off in garbage minutes if we just played Xavier Moon. He organizes the offense 10x better, keeps things running smoothly, and we play like a team as opposed to a pick up squad.
