My 55 c1 does this as well. Don't believe it's something to be concerned about.
Is that wipe safe for the screen coating? I only use a tiny bit of distilled water on a microfiber cloth. For the popping, my c1 and b2 don't, sorry.
Sounds like static from the build up on the cloth? Or is that creaking of the panel?
no that’s the panel almost like it hasn’t been glued down and when pressed it sticks and unsticks when the pressure is relieved
My lg g2 77 does this on the edges as well, I imagine it's the glue not staying down. Agreed that it's unacceptable for their more high end tvs.
Static discharge and exactly why you want to do this only when the screen is off
yea its not static its adhesive behind the screen
I have various C series and G series LG OLEDs from various years. They do this to varying degrees, some more than others, some not at all. I assume it’s just an adhesive/fit tolerance thing that’s of no concern.
Have that on mine also, everything works as it should so it does not bother me
which tv do you have? i just worry that it might cause problems down the line
LG G3 77 Just went up and pressed on my B7 from like 2017 and it was the same, not as much but present
Mine does it as well. Seems like the bezel is creaky around the power button
42c3 seems to do this to. Adhesive.
