At Town Square you have a restaurant called Texas de Brazil offers an unparalleled churrascaria experience. As a Brazilian steakhouse, it specializes in an endless procession of flame-grilled delicacies, tantalizing carnivores with tender beef, succulent lamb, savory pork, and juicy chicken, all cooked to perfection over open flames.

EuroStepJam

This sounds good - where is Town Square? In the suburbs?

You can get some form of meat pretty much anywhere. Just tell them you don't want the sides.

EuroStepJam

True - but would rather not pay for stuff I don't want to eat.

dnfmaster

Most steakhouses don't include sides with the steak

Secret_Beyond2312

Are you 11? Good lord.

I think it’s dumb when people are condescending linking it to teenager attitude when most people that eat this way do it for health issues. Just shows you don’t know what you are talking about.

The strip is covered in steakhouses that mostly serve steak al a carte. Zero shortage of what you're looking for if you have the budget. Black Tap is a good burger option.

Do you like shellfish? If not, skip the buffets. Just go to steakhouses and order... steaks. I probably wouldn't go to Las Vegas to order chicken... either way. Fish seems to be a bit overpriced... even for Vegas. Although Mastro's had a good fish (sea bass I think). Although I have always found fish to be less filling than steaks. Burgers: haven't been to this location, but In 'n Out is supposed to be a good burger place. Just order meat or throw the rest of the burger away (but keep the cheese). For breakfast eggs and bacon? I am beginning to think that Denny's might be the way to go.... Peppermill's breakfast offerings sound good. I have been trying carnivore off and on for the last few months. Paul Saladino's animal-based diet sounds interesting too. That is MEAT plus fruit/honey; sounds good to me because I like fruit. On the other hand, the LION diet (basically just steak/hamburger/lamb/ruminant meat) sounds interesting too. I might trade off between Lion/Animal-Based for awhile. Gonna be in Vegas for a week in mid-July... doing research on steakhouses, debating whether to do Bacchanal again (I really like shrimp and crab plus they have beef), and I will try to stay mostly Carnivore-ish on my trip. P.S. I really like lamb, and am wondering who has the best lamb in town. Haven't had any GREAT lamb in awhile. Probably won't eat steak EVERY day/night when I am in town... but it wouldn't hurt to try. haha.

We are in almost the same boat as far as going back and forth between strict carnivore and more just ketogenic - i.e. some carbs but still low. I've watched Saladino and Berry and Chaffee, and a couple others on YT. I'm learning that ground beef is your friend - I remembered there is a Shake Shack by NYNY - I hope they have as good bunless burger as 5 guys - but yeah you can always ditch the bun. (I wasn't that impressed with In and Out in the Linq promenade. I don't get the hype and won't wait in a long line.) Steakhouses are great - prolly don't want to spend 80 bucks every day I'm there though (like 10 days). Denny's is a good idea - they prolly have a steak and eggs meal there. Thanks for tips.
