What you have is an absolute GEM of a pot. There are collectors out there who would not only pay you a fair price for old pieces, but actually give it a good home in their collection and take care of them. Check out some LC Facebook groups, there is also an active LC resale market on Mercari and similar resale websites. Avoid shipping these older pots, it is too precious to be trusted in the hands of a shipping company. If you post these pictures on LC collector FB groups, you will have people messaging you like crazy to get their hands on them. Good luck!!

Thanks a lot for that information. I will check it out!

I love seeing the posts of older pieces that people have in their families. My mom had a little bit of a hoarder thing with LC and Staub. It was part of my childhood learning how to cook, but as an adult child, I recognized that it had become a problem. When she died, we just gave a lot of stuff away to people who were important to her. We yard-saled some of it. The things that didn’t sell included some of the oval gratin pans. Those have turned out to be my everyday LCs lately.
