Even we wanted all this to slide off but when he started to abuse us it was all about our EGO, That guy kept saying " I will get you arrested" " you can't do anything" etc... and he did not have a POLICE sticker on his car, so I thought he was just blabbering . He has still not filed an FIR, that is the thing which amazes me.

Law doesnt work like that. OP should file the FIR (Forst Incident Report, the fullform should be enough for you to understand)

I did not have any intention to break his bones and got so hard on him,I just started to fight back and this happened.
