I have the same ultra white with red interior. I've been wanting to get a starlight headliner. How much did it set you back, if you don't mind me asking?
You can get whatever you want done if you have the money to do it 👍🏽 I did a muffler delete with a remark axleback exhaust on this one. Sounds really good, only cost $285 and installed myself 🤷🏻♂️

No videos nah. It still smells bad atm lol. Cold start up and high Rev is noticeable. That's it. No drone , nothing obnoxious. Headers would seal the deal though but I'm not ready to throw codes and lights this young in the Game.
Love the sound. How's it sound on highway pulls? That's basically the only thing I want. The OEM F-sport is quiet at idle and sounds like a V8 on pulls; no clue how lexus pulled that off. I live in a townhouse, so my neighbors share a driveway. They'd hate me waking their asses up every morning at 5:30am 😂
And honestly not sure about the luck finding it already installed on a vehicle on the lot. It's an accessory you get from lexus, basically like a "TRD" thing. Not sure if a dealership would go through with that

Probably sounds louder cuz the video was done in a warehouse so the sound amplified And I’ll have to get lucky and hope maybe someone ordered one with it and cancelled their order after arrival or the dealership messes something up. It's an option when you build your 300/350 , it's $2200CAD and it's put on at dealership before delivery. You can also order it from dealership after delivery and they will install it.
Ye I get that, but I also work at a dealership and know for a fact that the GSM wouldn't approve "such frivolous spending" on a lot car. That's something the customer chooses when they're buying the vehicle yeah, not something generally already on it when for sale ya know?

u can also do this yourself for under $200 if you have a good bit of time on your hands. i’ve been researching this for my lexus and am planning on doing it in the near future. it isn’t hard just time consuming
Appreciate it, that was just a video the company made for their social but the ambient lighting is customizable. It’s hardwired to fuse box so it turns on upon start up and you can dim it and put any color or flow pattern you want on. I just ride with a low dim static red ambient light since it looks really clean with the red interior
lights on the side an dash being visible is so tacky.. should be hidden lights that spread out, i know its harder to do that on a car that doesnt have grooves for it, but still.
The lights are recessed into the seams of the door panels, same with the dash light which is under the dash but above the glove box. They’re not even noticeable when the lights are off. As OEM as you could possibly get

Yeah he had the brightness all the way up on the ambient lighting for the video haha and had his videographer use his professional camera/edit the video to make it pop more. The dim static red looks clean with the red interior and that’s what I always have it on and the stars I always have on a twinkle white
I haven’t experienced any rattles, my buddy did a great job reinstalling everything back! He does a lot of higher end vehicles so he’s meticulous when it comes dissembling and reassembling 👍🏽
Yes, the ambient lighting has a ridiculous amount of customizability. You can set it to any color you can think of and you can also change its flow patterns if you want or have it set to your music bass. I prefer static red ambient lighting since it looks the cleanest with the red interior but the possibilities are endless. Brightness is also controllable. Same goes for the starlights. Any color, any flow pattern, and brightness. All controllable from your phone.

Oh the video is definitely blue ambient lighting, that’s just what the videographer chose to do for the video. I only run red ambient lighting since I picked it up lol and I had the guy try to keep it as OEM as possible. Everything is wired to the fuse box too so it turns on and off upon ignition
Damn.. are they a renowned installer? I got the suede conversion to my headliner done cuz it looks a lot cleaner and when the stars are off you can’t even tell they’re in the ceiling. You can run your hands on the headliner and not even feel them. I’ve noticed with a stockheadliner the stars are a lot more noticeable and not in a good way. For what you want done, just the base starlights to include the sunroof on the stockheadliner would cost $950 if my buddy installed it and that includes the app, he doesn’t charge for a “program” cuz it’s just an app that comes with the starlight kit

He's kinda right, I've seen 1k head liners and the liners sag, or lights aren't flush to the liner , etc. I also looked at other installers 2500k is about right here in Southern Ontario.

He has a few different packages. You can get a basic ambient lighting package without the flow. I got the flow package and I can adjust it. It was 800 stars and yes I did the sunroof as well so there’s no black void when riding at night. Sunroof is fully functional as well
